This was our second time staying here but not so pleasant this time Food was average And some of the staffs didn’t pay attention to the room issues like flash not working in morning ; requesting to have breakfast during waiting time ( which looked liked a good gesture coz breakfast time was almost over and why to waste food but later asking to pay ( which should had been informed priorly ) Common washroom area not cleaned

The ambience and hospitality was very good. All the staffs were very cooperative. Thanks to chef Karim for baking our anniversary cake. Overall it was a great experience. It was nice stay, we have enjoyed a lot. And it made our 1st anniversary really amazing.

Lunch at the Pavillion was a pleasant experience. The staff was warm, the service was excellent and the food was par excellence. The variety in the menu was vast. The flavors were very authentic. The food served was hot and fresh. Thank you Mr. Dinesh, Mr. Prithvi , and Ms.***athri.

We went for new year’s . There was a Gala dinner celebration with exquisite decorations. done by carving whole fruits. It was done by our own Chef Raja. The Chef was very welcoming and catered to all our needs!

Had a very good week long stay at fortun sullivan at Ooty. Its a wonderful property with a welcoming staff , well maintained garden n outdoors. The breakfast spread has variety and the staff takes care of all the little things guest need to make the stay comfortable. There is also a bonfire on the house and evening live piano makes the entrance lobby all the more relaxed.

Thank you fortune for great service. Thank you for your hospitality, there are several ways to say thank you such as for excellent service which you are providing in restaurant as well around the resort. I must say I’m gonna be back soon with couple of more friends this time. Your breakfast buffet is amazing. Recommend and will visit soon.

Last we week I came Ooty with my family.it was very nice .We stayed in Fortune Resort (Sullivan court)Room No204 when I was sleeping there is a medical emergency for My daughter I had been waiting for 1hr for medical help That time Mr.Umesh helped me lot for my daughters medical condition. thanks a lot. U could have improved room service well

Extremely incompetent and disappointing service by staff. The overall property is well-located and is clean. However for the price they charge you would expect far better service. Not only were even simple requests delayed by hours, very often the ask would be ignored even after 2-3 reminders. The worst has been though after we checked out on Thursday, we realized at night after having driven about 5 hours away that we had left some crucial medicines in the room. We called up the reception on Friday morning to confirm if they had found the medicines so we could go back and collect it and they assured they would call us back as soon as possible. No only did no one call us back, we called them up over 10 times between Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and no one picked up the call. The fact that this could have led to a dire medical crisis and yet no one even responded showed me how the staff could not care at all. Highly recommend staying elsewhere.
