All the staff was welcoming, helpful and accommodating. The facilities were clean and updated. The activities were well distributed for Families and the food options varied and was high quality.

I stayed for 4 days, went to security ( all the way on the other side of my room) 2 days, had housekeeping let me in 1 day, couldnt find someone 1 time as well. The keys suck as they dont work frequently. No room service. Staff were nice. Food was ok but not a lot of actual jamaican options. Refilled the alcohol just about half way so heads up about that as there are 4 bottles of alcphol in the room that are filled after 2 days. Resort is scenic based on location. Sauna wasn't working and general spa staff wasnt too interested in helping. Your resprt credits aren't really credits. Would stay somewhere cheaper mext time.

Only one common bathroom to serve all the restaurants and bars and pools and waiting area… never heard of a restaurant without bathrooms.. Hotel has a taxi monopoly.. no outside cabs or transportation…

I really enjoyed the peace & quite... but the ENTERTAINMENT (shout out to Bryan) was awesome. We had a blast.

resort Staff try’s hard, but food is more quantity than quality. Resort needs room maintenance repairs…..******* staff let me down with misinformation and not supplying what was confirmed in regards to transfers & promised refunds & resort credits.the support staff seems undertrained & informed,So had to spend over$200 on transfers that were supposed to be included.

The Riu is a good value for the money. This is my 4th time there. There are several things the hotel could upgrade such as the brown towels, lack of hair conditioner and lotion. Rather than small bottles, the larger dispensers was a good idea for shower. The staff, I don't blame them, are not very attentive. The lack of tipping seems to be the problem. Perhaps there is a token or something that guest can give as tips for service that the staff can redeem for cash. The no tipping at this all inclusive seems to be a problem for the overall attention given to guest such as myself who was traveling with my daughter instead of a larger party. We generally leave 2 dollars for breakfast and lunch and 4 for dinner service and 1 dollar at the bar for drinks. We tip housekeeping at the end of our stay.

The staff was excellent! Entertainment could be improved, and there were a few too many beach vendors.

I have stayed at the RIU Negril several times. We love it there! Food is always good, staff is incredibly friendly, everything is clean! Beach is awesome with a ton of wildlife right on sight, including sand crabs, hermit crabs and in the water puffer fish, star fish, sting ray, water crabs! We bring our own snorkels/ mask and check it out every day to find new stuff. Just got back 1/24 and it was my 5th visit over 9 yrs and still does not disappoint!

This was my first all inclusive and it was a good experience. Your room key controls the electricity in your room! The staff was helpful, there was a nice mix of food choices and things to do. The only down side was that my room was the farthest building away. The weird things is that I didn’t know that the room’s bar was not fully stocked when I checked in until I saw a fully stocked bar on my last day
