Small room for two persons, no towels, toilet gave loads to say… unpleasant.

Spectacular place, terrace and restaurant . The restaurant is not ad the level of the hotel Good menu and price but the kitchen doesn’t follow in quality cooking. Nevertheless we will keep trying and talking with the cook.

I spent two mid-week nights over there. A friend and I went for a short ski trip form Barcelona. We had booked that hotel trough one of those internet platforms where you can book the accommodation plus the ski passes. I guess it's a bit cheaper like this. Maybe that's why we got a rather small room. I didn't actually see the rest, but based on the emergency map placed in the room, we could compare the sizes according to that map, and we weren't the luckiest ones... We didn't complain though. Two blokes wouldn't really care much about that. So, the room was a bit small, but good enough. The beds, really comfy and the bathroom clean and spacey enough. The furniture is rustic style which matches with the scenery. The reception was taken care by a gentleman who brief us after pulling some questions. There is a indoor parking if you need and a ski look. The hotel has a small indoor pool with jacuzzy, a couple of sauna facilities (one was not operative...) and massage is available upon request. There was a low booking so the bar was rather quiet during the evening, but it was week day and not the best snow reports so it was very quiet. Maybe a small pool table or alike would cheer up the lone tourists like us. The restaurant was excellent. We had two breakfast and one dinner. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and with a good choice of products. The dinner was really good. Both in quality and quantity. The staff who served us in the restaurant was also very friendly and helpful. Th same applies to the room girls who helped us a couple of times providing robes and some other explanations to find our bearings inside the corridors. Overall a positive experience.

A very positive experience overall. Very friendly - and helpful - staff. Splendid location: how often do you get to stay in a hotel that’s situated 1500m above sea level? Car required if you wish to visit the surrounding sites and places. We made it a point to visit restaurants in other villages as well as in Andorra La Vella, and immerse ourselves in the lovely Andorran ambience. We visited in low season but we’re rewarded with a very relaxing holiday.

Nous avons mangé au restaurant de l’hôtel et c’est surtout à eux que j’aimerais donner un 5 ! Il y a un beau choix de viandes mais Je suis Vege et j’ai eu l’immense plaisir de découvrir une page entière de propositions très originale - très loin du hamburger Vege !! J’ai choisi un cannelloni de courgette farci au cèpe et avocat ! Vraiment une belle surprise ! Un grand merci à ce chef qui propose et cuisine Vege!!

Personnel très agréable, grandes chambre, site calme, petits déjeuner exceptionnels, dîners normaux mais avec trois choix pour chacun des plats. Spa non utilisé

Finalmente el servicio de restaurante a la carta falló mucho, pedí la carne poco hecha y la trajeron muy hecha, el pescado de mi pareja, excesivamente cocinado, en cuanto al desayuno, la verdad bastante pobre para un hotel de 4 estrellas, aunque ya es habitual en zonas turísticas. La habitación bien pero con condensación por humedad, el baño tenía manchas de humedad en la pared, eso si, la cama muy cómoda y el nivel de la calefacción perfecto, no hacía calor.

Nous avons séjourne dans cet hôtel grâce à une smarbox offerte. Nous avons été très bien accueilli le personnel est très à l'écoute, les chambres sont à la hauteur d'un 4 ☆, le restaurant est sublime avec une cuisine délicieuse, le spa est très propre. Nous y reviendrons sans problème. Merci à toute l'équipe de l'hôtel !!!!
