Wow where do I start…great location but incredibly disorganized. Line for check in was out the door when I arrived. I was informed the rooms I booked were not ready. An hour later I received a text message the first room was ready, but not the second. We waited 3 hours without receiving any information about the second room we had booked and when I went back to the front desk they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. After looking into it, they gave me only one key to the second room. By now, it was 6 pm, meaning I lost 4 hours in total between the two rooms - time I had paid for. This led to a mad rush to get ready for our dinner reservations, without even so much as an apology from the front desk staff. By 9 am, they were knocking on the door asking us to check out (check out is at 11 am)! Breakfast was also a strange process in which they have a huge list of rooms and conveniently had an issue finding our room #s on the list to have breakfast as well. Bar area was packed with only one bartender for a while; when they finally brought in a second one it was still very slow (waiting 10+ minutes for a drink).
