Great location, it was cleaned daily and the employees were all nice.

Water pressure low. No breakfast options for vegan people. Will never stay here again

Loved the hotel but one thing we didn’t enjoy was the smell of our hotel room. Thankfully we were out all day but the smell was our only issue.

Stayed at this hotel for 6 days. When we arrived there was a total of two towels. No floor mat, no hand towels, a total of two bath towels. The couch was stained and lumpy. No trash cans in the room. Had to ask twice for a new fridge, that actually worked. I came down with Covid before we left and the hotel would not let us check-out or cancel our last day, and recieve a refund.

1st time I had a problem with this hotel. When checked in the room had a smell that was hard to go away. They gave me spray that night and I decided to stay that night to see. Next day I requested a change of room due to a horrible smell in the room. They offer a deep cleaning that did not work. But they couldn’t move me due to it was all booked. I’m sorry but this was a poor costumer service when I knew the night I checked it they had room where they could move me. But like a said first and last one. Every time I come to Orlando I come to this hotel because of the great staff. This time not good experience at all.

The smell of our room was absolutely horrible. It was unclean, the floor was stickey and had a lot of hair attached to it. The front desk lady gave me a towel soaked in Lavender Fabulouso which helped at first but the smell was still so strong. The windows dont open at all, not even a crack so we couldnt air it out. They didnt move us to a new room until the 2nd day.

The only thing I didn’t like was the parking at night ….. There were very little parking due to a small space . But the rooms was nice & clean! In the location it self is quiet . …5stars I will definitely be coming back.

Maid half clean room don’t come make up your bed per front desk every 3days WOW you have to find the maid for towels then half of them don’t speak English or pretend they don’t go ask front desk for towels he told me I have to wait on room service which didn’t come till after 4 o’clock terrible housekeeping everything else was fine

The room was dirty, the electricity with buttons in room and shutoff whole power in the room was a mess. The stay was quick and very good location in a pinch but not impressed at all.
