カンブリア ホテル オーランド エアポート(Cambria Hotel Orlando Airport)

0 stars if I could. My first interaction with staff was when I called the day before the person was rude and hung up before I was done asking questions. The hotel is located in a what seems like deserted area not much around there but trees and darkness. We went to find dinner about 10 miles away and there were hotels and restaurants all around. A much more traveled area. When checking in the person was ok. We checked out early - no one was at the desk at check out but it was early 4am. After getting home I realized we left 2 brand new shirts ($50each) tags still on them at the hotel I've called multiple times and just keep getting told to call back or they will check and contact me. I'm sure the shirts are gone for good. The customer service is horrible, the location is not good. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

So many positives I could write here are a few. gorgeous property very convenient to the airport. The staff was wonderful felt safe even walking out around the building at night. The beds were amazing and were made amazingly felt like you could walk around the brown barefooted. the shower was gorgeous, energy saving a 10 did you turn on the power when you, got your room with/ your r key however, it would’ve been nice to be told that, but that would be my only negative. The coffee pot in the room was clean it smelt plain it felt plain and the lobby was gorgeous. Can’t say I went down and sat at Bar, but it was very inviting. I would recommend this property to anyone also is close to the airport, never heard of a plane. Wish we had stayed our full trip here. I give this 10★or A thank you

Its good for the price. Staff could be more accomodating specially for a family of 3 with a 6y old who check in at 1am.

Nice hotel. Strange pillows and a Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom with a bright light that doesn’t turn off but otherwise nice spacious room.

I was hoping to find a few mores restaurants within a 1/2 mile of the hotel. The hotel restaurant dinner food is excellent.

Worked great for us. Nice hotel, and right around the corner from the car rental company we used.

Wanted a motel close to airport as we were coming off cruise but not flying out for a day. Very nice rooms. Quiet considering how close we were to the airport. Nice restaurant and snack area. Recommended a great restaurant nearby within walking distance. Pool area and hotel were clean and modern.
