ホテル ベルソカ(Hotel Bersoca)

Very nice Hotel, rooms are small but clean and tidy. Bathrooms are clean and nice. Great staff, parking is only 9Euro night but near and safe.

Bathroom smelled of drainage/sewer. Dog was charged a fee as opposed to online info, saying maybe charged. Staff could smile more. Community here imposed restrictions on dogs from entering restaurants and other public places, BUT side walks all over town are fouled with excrement. Positive things were the hotel had good secure parking, a car wash opposite and the weather was good.

Second year here and not often you get to say even better than last. A great hotel to relax after fib festivities and looks like some extra touches have been added within hotel. All the staff are awesome and nothings a problem. Breakfast is perfect and location ideal. Will be back!

Stayed here 5 nights and what a gem of a hotel. Not sure why only 2 stars but im sure the criteria to meet 3 must be minimal. Great aircon in rooms. Hotel spotless. Fantastic breakfast choice and staff lovely. Will be back

I was completely fed up with the hotel: First the reception was not really good then: In the middle of the night from 24/05 to 25/05/2022 was raining in the bathroom. So I was waked up by listening the water droping down; 2 - They changed us to another room and we cudnt stay there as the smelling was howfull; 3 - They changed to another room and we hardly cud slee+ing as the wind was whistling trough the roof and window at bathroom. Also when at bathroon we turned the light and the air renewal was not working. So my experience wud say that was not an hotel but a house of horrors. For me this hotel never again, I'll prefer to slepp in the car then in this hotel.

Small room and very small bathroom. Food edible but not overly inspiring. Our description from ********** said partial sea view but we had a road and pool view

Estuvimos al final de agosto .muy buen hotel la comida muy buena todos muy amable tiene una terraza muy bonita y muy bien cuidadas .abitacion muy limpia un poco pequeña pero bien lo unico el baño muy pequeñito..con un bidet que no se puede utilizar lo podían quitar y poner una estanteria ...también admiten animales

recomiendo el hotel para todos! fui al festival, pero me quedé para el hotel! si no hubiera encontrado el hotel no me habría. pasado muy bien. Rafa y toda la gente, incluso los limpiadores son muy amables, me ayudaron con todas mis necesitades y preguntas. Tenía un problema con los taxis y rafa me ayudó con todo. estaba pasando mucho tiempo hablando con las personas y ayudándome para buscar por una solución. El desayuno es buenísimo con muchas opciones, la comida es muy variada. Los cuartos son cómodos y la piscina es ideal. el lugar es perfecto, especialmente para hablar con personas diferentes, como una inglesa yo pensaba que era muy fácil para comunicar con los trabajadores ambos en español e inglés. No hay una duda que voy a volver el año próximo!
