По приезду в отель, номер отличался от того номера что мы заказывали. На фото был совсем другой номер. Но больше нас поразил завтрак. Первый раз сталкиваюсь когда на завтраке нет сыра, каждый день, а мы там были 5 ночей на завтрак были варенные яйца, не было овощей, два вида хлеба и даже соль стояла одна на всю столовую. Вафли нужно печь самому) стоит старый аппарат. И ничего кроме яиц, хлеба масло не было, не было не рыбы не сыра, не овощей. В бассейне вода была грязная, холодная и не было полотенец. Я попросила три раза у персонала полотенца, сказали принесут и ровно после часа ожидания я ушла котиков мокрая без полотенца. Номер за 5 ночей убирали два раза.

Pros: This hotel was in perfect proximity to a skating competition we were registered to participate in, only five minutes away by car. Getting back and forth was extremely easy, even in snow storm conditions (there is a large hill en route, for which I was glad to have my snow tires) and there was never a problem finding a parking spot. We were comfortable during our stay on very good beds and in a room with enough space for two. We enjoyed the free breakfast, along with a very good on-site dinner option (an excellent burger for me). Cons: Our bathroom door was a "barn" style door, and when you opened it it got stuck on the floor, which made it noisy and cumbersome to use. This was annoying but not a deal breaker. The main issue we had was with noise at night. We could hear thumping, chair scraping, footfalls, what sounded like water pouring, and murmuring voices in what seemed to be the room above us until as late as 3:00 a.m. The room doors also tend to slam. This made sleep spotty, a concern for both the person competing and the person in charge of driving us five hours to get back home. When I told the front desk person about the noise, she said she would have an engineer inspect the room; however, I pointed out that there are other reviews online talking about the same issue and I highly doubt they all stayed in the same room. I think the soundproofing issue is likely throughout the hotel. We will request an upper floor room if we stay at this location in future.

The pool platform was nice and clean but I found the pool was not properly maintained. The staff at the morning breakfast seemed grumpy every morning but they were prompt on cleaning when people left there table

The long term rooms did not have ice buckets, but clerk gave me a couple of ice bags to fill with ice.

New, fresh, clean. Great rooms. Great hot/cold breakfast. Great pool.

We like the patio area in the back with the fire pit. We also liked our room with the kitchenette..

Locating the room was a little confusing- hallways lacked signage. Rooms were spacious and clean, complete with a full kitchen and small dining area.

property was good but one entrances we went through it seemed like someone propped the door so it would not close. safety concern.

This my second stay and the reasons are clear. Value for your money. They even gave us a first floor room as my partner is handicapped. Thanks!
