The front desk staff was good. The breakfast was OK but hot food was terrible, the sausages was cold and 4 small pieces of eggs left in it (all dried up) at 9:45a.m. Supposed the breakfast close at 10a.m but when I asked the attendant to refill some more eggs, she went to check the left over eggs then told me "there is still some in it", I said "it's all dried up and it's not enough for two people, then she told me "next time you should come earlier. I said "there were few more people came in after me but nobody wanted to take it", she told me "I will try my best". Finally, I waited 25-30 minutes to get my eggs.

The breakfast was limited. A bagel, yogurt, juice and a muffin. The pool and hot tub are closed which was the main reason I chose this hotel. The hotel is decently clean, nothing fancy. Has a mini fridge, microwave, tv and DVD player. Bed was comfy, the ac worked well but was loud. The back door to the stairwell doesn’t lock so there isn’t much security. Overall I think if you’re paying over 115$ a night here, you’re over paying.

This place is so run down.

The check in was awful took 45 minutes to sort out our rooms and we were told we could not have a receipt as we booked online. We chose this hotel as it was a Wyndham property, the location and the fact it was advertised to have a pool. There was a sign stating the pool was permanently closed on the checkin desk. On route to our room you could view the pool which appeared in good working condition. The staff could not explain why it was closed. The hotel smelled badly of **** and clearly needed updating. The rooms were adequate and tidy but very worn. The breakfast was also adequate. This hotel is clearly not up to Wyndham standards

Overall good quality for the cost. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and provided good choices. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable . Location was good for our trip. Would recommend hotel and location to others.

This hotel is older but has not been updated or repaired as it should. Parking lot potholes big enough for care damage. Carpets in common area and room worn and dirty. Curtains in room ripped. Very few outlets and no smart ourtlets for charging. Bathrrom had old pool towels (too small). Room and common areas were cleaned as best they could. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was not enough selection or quanity and hour into the breakfast slot. Priced lower and now I know why. Good access to/from 401

This place is perfect of of you want to get high and smell cigarettes all night. My children were physically ill from the stench. Spiders were crawling up the walls. I paid 350 for one night and my friend paid 150 for the same room on the same night. They will scam you. Stay far away from this place.

This was the grossest hotel we’ve ever stayed at! Everything is so old and worn out. Bedding was stained and had cigarette burns. Towels were dirty and stained. Carpet was extremely dirty. Room had not been vacuumed throughly. Left over chips and left over McDonald’s containers beside bed. Pool is also shut down. The only positive of this hotel is it’s location.
