Me and my family have been going to this hotel for a long time. We love the food and the service is always very good. This is one of the best hotels ever. The pool is not very big, but the water is hot and it is fun to be there. There is a lot of place outside so walks are recommended. Most of the time it is very nice and quiet.

Location of the hotel is excellent, surrounded by nature, but with easy access to ski area- KurzaGóra The meals were outstanding, - variety, quality, quantity. Very good selection of wine! Staff is very friendly and helpful all around the hotel - really everybody (every single one made us feel very welcome ). We had a wonderful stay, I would highly recommend it!

This was my 4th stay at the resort so I can compare! Prices went dramatically up, especially at the restaurants and the spa! Everything is charged extra. Chicken soup costs 60 PLN! The staff at the extender pricy Romantyczna restaurant does not even speak English. An Incredible mess with the appointments at spas/activities and the bills (!). At two occasions we had to ask the staff to re-calculate the bill and no apology was provided until we got upset. It’s a pity as as the facilities and the area are really beautiful. We had a nice family vacation, so the place has a great potential, but something went just so wrong..

This time our stay was very short...we started with the delicious breakfast with a glass of sparkling wine...the weather was beautiful, warm and sunny so we went for a walk...neighbourhood is awsome...the restaurants...magic when you see and taste...

Absolutely amazing hotel and spa! The rooms are very comfortable and the maid service is excellent. The food is extraordinary. The spa treatments are superb. The staff are incredibly polite and professional. One of the best places we have stayed anywhere in the world.

Excellent place, peace and complete relaxation for both - body and sprint. Excellent cusine, it is worth booking dinner on the Romantic Restaurant on advance. High level SPA zone and care treatments. Staff always helpful and smiling. We had an excellent time there.

Exceptional place. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings - lots of trees. Excellent rooms, barhrooms and all. Incredible ayurweda massage (incl. Dharma ritual). Very good food. And, last but not least, wonderful service - a place worth visiting and I will return for sure. The only little downside was the white wine ;-) could be improved easily, hopefully :)

I highly recommend everybody to visit this SPA hotel especially from Sunday to Tuesday. For the most part of our stay we were alone in the pool and the whole spa area. The quality of thai and classic massages was very good. When it comes to restaurants this hotel is perfect - no matter if it's breakfast, lunch or dinner you may experience sophisticated cuisine and each meal can be changed in line with your preferences or allergic requirements
