ウォーターバーグ ゲスト ファーム(Waterberg Guest Farm)

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Waterberg Guest Farm. We stayed in a secluded cottage that was a short walk away from the main house. Very comfortable. The food was great as well, and we enjoyed meeting the other travelers while eating around the big table. We also met the owner Harry, who was very gracious and thoughtful.

We stayed in one of the chalets, with a beautiful full window view of the Waterberg. The central lappa area is very inviting and the staff really helpful and kind. We walked/scrambled up the hill on the path which also gave really good views of the whole Waterberg area, and my partner went horse riding,- amongst the cattle and along dry river beds. Harry Schneider also takes an active interest in his customers which I thought sums up the farm.

Close to Waterberg Plateau Park lies this clean, friendly, tidy, and relaxing stay. We enjoyed the hike on the small Waterberg and relaxing by the pool. We would recommend this to anyone. The food was delicious and is served in a buffet-style.

Very nice and family small lodge with fantastic bungalows where you can spot the night sky from the bed. Close to Waterberg and cheetah conservation where the lodge does offer a trip to. With a nice hiking tour on top of the small Waterberg starting direct behind the lodge. We enjoyed our stay so much.

We only stayed one night at the Waterberg. But this one was very good. The food and service are very good and the location is great. The pool area is lovingly planted and is a great retreat. Next time we'll stay longer.

Lovely setting and our room was nice. Dining situation requires everyone to eat together so be prepared for that. Evening meal was very poor and not worth the money and breakfast very average. Good distance from Waterberg Plateau, on paying the receptionist asked outright for a tip which was odd and as room and meal was very bad value for money we didn't want to tip. Our room was clean and complimentary coffee and cake in the afternoon was lovely. Would not return mostly due to food and cost.

nice concept....enjoying all guests around campfire. enjoying diner all together. too much noise of the street. swimmingpool was not really inviting to get in. no pillow on the bed at the swimmingpool. a little expensive...not worth the money

Beautiful grounds. Pool needs a clean but gardens and loungers and outdoor areas totally delightful with great views. Ideally located for travel from Windhoek to etosha and a nice room. BUT: food awful and both food and drinks overpriced. Great walk from lodge up to the ridge. - 3-4 hour trip and needs some scrambling but fab views. I’ve from national park for walks on plateau- don’t miss!

very pleasant stay , well situated , very,very nice friendly staff, the food,buffets are very good , the drinks arround the fireplace are great . The rooms are super clean,tastfull,new,big,nice view ... We can recommend the Waterberg Gastfarm...
