A great stay - from beginning to end. We were made very welcome by Magda and Christo and shown to a very clean, smart and well equipped room with a stoepe. There is a good swimming pool area with sunloungers. The breakfasts were first class. The hosts and all their staff are very friendly and helpful and booked restaurants for us. The hotel is easy to find, has safe parking and is central for visiting the historical houses and is between 2 excellent restaurants. Ideal stay in Oudsthoorn.

We were really well accommodated with lots of love and detail in everything. The room was well equipped, tidy and neat. The breakfast was amazing with lots of variety and freshly made eggs, sausages etc. I would definitely book the guesthouse again!

We had a great stay here. Lovely welcoming hosts Martha and Christo showed us the rooms and gave us nice tips about things to do in the area. Nice beds. Ended up having a great diner at their neighbouring restaurant Nostalgie. Martha and Christo also made us a lovely breakfast (ostrich sausage a recommendation). Sad that we only chose a one night stay, so much to do in the region, but we might come back!

We had a very pleasant stay Christo and Magda are very friendly helpfull and super hosts we enjoyed it very much The breakfast was very nice we enjoyed the little Pool after a very nice Day on the Swartbergpas

Magda & Cristo are the best hosts ever, their service and kindness is impeccable. A perfect location, good breakfast, pool, nice room with long beds, clean; everything you would like to have while staying in a b&b. Do not hesitate to book your room here!

Not quite sure where to start, the Greeting from Magda and Christo was enthusiastic and informative, We stayed in room 10 (loft room), which was so nice that even after Christo offered to move us to a room with an outside seating area as one was free during our second night, we were very happy to stay in room 10. The breakfast is outstanding as is the service. The enthusiasm for customer satisfaction that Magda and Christo bring to what they do is so evident and natural, Next Time I am on the R62 I will seek out Outshoorn just to stay here again!!

This establishment should be used as a shining example of how all guest houses should be run. The lovely owners Christo and Magda attention to detail for the guests needs is incredible. Each guests name is remembered individually and nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are spacious, modem and well equipped,. With a great central location you really don’t need to look any where else in Oudtshoorn. Our second visit and hopefully not our last.

I’ve travelled around quite a lot and I can say that Madga and Christo were one of best hosts I’ve had the pleasure to meet. Everything is so well taken care of and they are so welcoming. Lovely room and breakfast and the area is pretty central with lovely restaurants nearby. Thankful for this experience, thank you so much Magda and Christo.

We already stayed at Christo and Magda's guesthouse before and was so impressed by their kindness, friendliness, helpfulness, clean rooms and surroundings, that they were automatically our first choice!
