Rasa Sayang House - Self-Check-in Guesthouse

The first person we fell in love is the manager Daniel Kiss. even we have never got a chance to meet him in person. Very pleasant and helpful with booking our stay. Always replied our email promptly. The second person is his colleague. It’s a shame we never got his name. Very helpful and friendly upon check in. Love smiling ☺️. Helped us retrieve key and open the door to our hotel. The room is very big and clean. It has everything you need inside the room. Even microwave. Plates and utensils. Bathroom is very clean. We stayed at the main floor. Not noisy even our room is facing main road. There’s a bus stop just right in front of the hotel. My husband and I enjoy walking. So We walked all the way to the city center and basically walk as far as our legs can take us. We will definitely go back again and highly recommended. Shame I don’t have any photos of the hotel.

Altogether a very good experience, particularly at the price: a very clean room in every detail, white towels and sheets immaculate, tea & coffee facilities, a fridge, microwave, even a foldaway table and dining chairs. A small but efficient bathroom with sharp lighting. A good location for the city centre and a peaceful interior environment -ideal for business or leisure visits. Unobtrusive but friendly and welcoming staff.

The rooms are clean and fresh and offer a range of facilities including a microwave and a fridge. One thing missing is a plate and cutlery to eat with. Tea and coffee were left which is great. The room itself was small but fine for one person. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of plug sockets to use my laptop and charge my phone. The bathroom and shower were adequate and easy to use. Thank you for a nice stay :)

The room was comfortable, warm, and spotless. There wasn't one bit of dirt anywhere. The room came with tea facilities, a telly, an ensuite bathroom, a fridge, and a microwave: so it's like a little private studio flat. Absolutely loved it! The staff are really lovely and go above and beyond to help you and make you comfortable. I will definitely be returning, great value and worth every penny!
