チェックイン時に初めて、部屋の外に専用バスルームがあることがわかったので、あまり感心しませんでした（説明を見落としたかもしれません）。トイレやシャワーを使うために公共スペースを歩くのは非常に不便なので、少しイライラしました。前の晩、同じ料金でこの場所よりもはるかに良いサービスを提供してくれた近くの宿泊施設に泊まったので、残念ながら、Residenza Wagner はお勧めできません。

非常に優れたプロフェッショナルなサービスを受けました。快適なベッドと広々としたバスルームを備えた素敵で静かな部屋。シャワーの水圧も最高。朝食もおいしくいただきました。アデルさん、ありがとう！

この宿泊施設は全体的に素晴らしいです。パレルモの歴史的な地区に位置し、ロケーションは最高です。ホストはとても親切で、とても親切です。部屋は広くてモダンでとても清潔です。また、この宿泊施設は大変お得です。

素晴らしいロケーション、とても清潔、シャワーも最高、スタッフも親切。必要なものはすべて近くにあり、レストランやバーに囲まれています。素敵な朝食ルームで、朝食もおいしいです。ここはとても安全で、滞在するのに良い場所だと感じました。ベッドは大きく、枕も良く、部屋もバスルームも広々としていました。私たちは年配のカップルですが、この場所はとても素敵だと思いました。

素晴らしい価値だったので、あまり期待していませんでした。しかし、新しくて清潔で、よく整えられた広々としたベッドルームと大きなバスルームで迎えられました。不満はありません。場所も素晴らしく、文字通り道路の向こう側に素敵なレストランがいくつかあります。特にパレルモに到着し、他の場所に移動する前に 1 日だけ滞在した後、間違いなくまた来ると思います。

Great staff .. Great location… fantastic restaurants around .. away from hustle and bustle and yet close enough to walk to … safe place … Spinnato is an amazing cafe for all day coffee and Italian pastries.. Room was clean and amenities were good .., family room was big enough for 3 of us ..

Our room was great. Spacious, clean with comfy beds and pillows and the balcony offered a great view. The bathroom was an experience in itself. Soft ambiance lighting and the room was seriously big with nice tiles. Decoration in the bedroom was very good. Francesco and his team were great too and Francesco was very, very helpful before the trip and during. He gave us lots of useful information like places to eat and go which did make the holidays superb. Thank you so much for recommending going to Cefalú!!!! The hotel itself is well located, impeccable taste inside and the staff’s helpfulness and smiles also made for a great trip. If we go back to Palermo I will definitely go back to the hotel.

Residenza Wagner is truly the perfect place to stay when visiting Palermo. Not only is it conveniently located near the historical center as well as just so many great places to eat and wander, it's also just an incredibly friendly place. Francesco and his staff are super friendly and helped us with absolutely everything we needed (including impromptu taxi rides and umbrellas). They were in contact with us before our stay even started to make sure that everything went smoothly and were always willing to answer any and all questions that we might've had. Francesco even opened up to us about Residenza Wagner's previous life as a home as well as his grandmother's beautiful artwork which decorates the walls of the entire place. And the rooms? They're just as advertised. They're comfortable and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The beds are SO comfortable and I had a great view from my room. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. There's truly no better place to call your home away from home than Residenza Wagner.

Wonderful location, great service, good communication with hotel staff, definitely stay there on my second visit to Palermo, pay parking a few minutes walk , good restaurant close by, close to massimo theatre , high recomend ,,,,,,,,, ,,,,

What a great hotel in perfect location. The staff were great and the location excellent. I loved how it was renovated, kept it’s old character and warmth. Wonderful breakfasts too and nice bar. The room was very comfortable as was the bed and linens. I liked looking out of my room to the buildings across the street

It’s not a hotel nor is it at all connected to the Grand Hotel Wagner up the same street. It’s like a hostel/pension and the breakfast is mostly packaged and unhealthy products. Coffee terrible. Room always needs AC on which is hard to sleep with because it blows directly on your body. The place is clean. My suite did not have balcony but others do. The staff and owner are not trained in hospitality. I would recommend it to young people on a budget. Good location. Terrific coffee and fresh croissants down the walkway.

We spent 4 nights in this Palermo B & B, and we had a great time. The location is excellent and easily walkable to most everything we wanted to see. This is one of just 2 hotels during our European Vacation which was family owned and operated by family also living on the property. When you need a recommendation there is none better than a property like this where the owner - operator - resident is fully committed to the city.

The Residenza Wagner is actually the 3rd floor of a residential building, configured to operate as a boutique hotel/B&B accommodation. Our room was spacious, comfortable and quiet with a large ensuite bathroom. As we arrived outside regular reception hours, we had been provided very detailed instructions for self checkin and that worked out smoothly. We also had a little balcony overlooking the lane behind the property. The location near Politeama square is advantageous (1) the airport bus (Prestia e Comande) stops 300m from the hotel, so very convenient to arrive (we flew into Palermo) and leave (our rental car pickup was from the airport as well) (2) this is an upmarket residential area, on the edge of the old town, so the Quattro Canti and historic centre are about 10 mins walk away as well. The host Francesco is friendly and warm and speaks perfect English. 2 days in Palermo were slightly short to benefit from his wealth of information about the city and its surroundings.

Right in the centre of Palermo, only a few minutes' walks from the airport bus stop at the Teatro Politeama Garibaldi, the location is just perfect. This small hotel is close to everything. The Teatro Massimo, the Quattro Canti, the pedestrian areas and other tourist attractions are just within walking distance. The room itself was very spacious! You can hardly get a room like this at the same or similar price in Palermo. It was also very clean and well maintained. The bedding was really good. We really had a good sleep in the room. By the way, as it's close to the road with some traffic, expect some noise. If you're a hard sleeper like us, prepare some earplugs and you will be fine. The hotel staff, especially the ower (Francesco?) was the highlight of this hotel! You can see right from the beginning that he's so passionate about his beautiful city and what he's doing. He took time to draw on the map the interesting points to visit, including some restaurant recommendations, which we of course followed and weren't disappointed. Thank you so much for taking good care of us during our stay! Highly recommend it if you're looking for a spacious room in Palermo with everything within the walking distance. We will surely return to this hotel again during our next visit.
