The rooms where clean and amazing,and the beds were so comfy. The break was good too , and the staff was helpful and informative ...definitely coming back

It was comparable to other Hotels in area was an emergency stay. The first morning Fire alarm sounded at 530 Am. The cleaning crew slammed door’s early in morning. The staff were very friendly.

We traveled to Palestine for the Polar Express train ride, and this hotel did not disappoint. They absolutely catered to Polar Express guests, and we felt right at home. It was clean, economical, and the festive decorations raised the level of excitement for our son as soon as he walked inside. Breakfast was better than most places, and we had zero complaints. The building was being painted on the outside, but it did not affect us inside whatsoever. If we ever return to Palestine, we will stay here!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The bathroom in the room had hair on the floor and tub which was a little unpleasant. I wish they would have noted on their site that they were making renovations. Overall it was a good stay. Loved the shuttle to the railroad.

Checking-in was tedious. Not sure if it was the computers or what. Our toilet was not functioning properly. We had to call staff twice. There was some remodeling going on. A SkyTrak was parked right outside our window. Workers started before 8 on Fri! And right around 8 on Sat! Not very relaxing! Could have been better.

Good stay, the room was a little warm even with the a/c set at 68. We just were so very tired. Everything else was excellent, thank you

The front desk employee was friendly and polite. Ask during our stay if all was ok with our room and to let them know if we needed anything. This almost never happens.

We stay at this hotel as often as possible on our trips south and are never disappointed

The room was spotless. Check in was easy. The room was a great value for the space that it had in the room and in the bathroom.
