Marriott's Ocean Pointe

Firstly, I have booked two bedrooms oceanfront with two King beds. Unfortunately, the hotel manager said that this type of room is not available right now. Then I mentioned that it is available at Marriott website for today. She answered that it not actually available. I had to accept a two bedroom with one oceanfront view. Secondly, the hotel water at the bathrooms and the kitchen was not clear. It was light yellow like rusty.

訂房一定注意房型，這次沒注意以為按慣例，結果酒店是拆開賣的房型，一個小房間實在太小了，2人可以湊合3人就太小了。其它基本就是中規中矩的萬豪服務。

I enjoyed staying at this property can’t beat location-right on the ocean! Looking forward to coming back!

Fraud. Booked an ocean front room and paid over $500 a night. They put me in a room on the side on an inlet looking at buildings and insist that a view of an inlet is oceanfront. First front desk agent brought out the manager for me and she was rude and clearly lying about not having other rooms available. I went to another front desk agent and he let me know that they had actual oceanfront rooms available but he just needed approval from a manager. When he came back from talking to the manager suddenly the available rooms were no longer available. This place is a joke and a fraud.

Stayed for business but my wife enjoyed staying and enjoying the facilities & beach

no housekeeping the whole week, shower diverter needs to be replaced. No resort beach chairs. $65.00 a day for beach chairs. Signs of wear and tear and poor workmanship

We really enjoy the Hotel, all the areas, the access to the beach, very nice. We disliked the few options of food, no decent breakfast, the marketplace is not an option, only for coffee or ice cream. It was a surprise that Marriott do not have a Sunday Brunch or at least, an American Breakfast. We took Dinner at the "On the Rocks Pool Bar", but the menu is not as a Restaurant, the best option we ordered was a Mahi Mahi Sandwich. We believe this must be reviewable. Thanks!

The room was unbelievable. Totally refurbished. The grounds were perfect. The food on site is only a convenience as you cook in your condo or go out. The is one security hard named Barry. Stay away from him unless you want a bad experience. Otherwise great spot

I likely won't stay there or a similar place. I checked us in around 2:00 but they informed me the room wasn't available and in fairness check-in was at 4. At the same time I asked for a later check out 11:30. I then had to take people to airport and my GF was left to finish checking in. She did have to wait which was fine and in general it was 4pm. But after retrieving luggage she was informed there wasn't anyone to help with bags and the UNIT was OVER 1200' away and disconnected from the property. She was eventually given a cart to push in the rain to get the bags into the unit. Departure day At 9:50am we were informed by cleaning staff that we needed to check out by 10am. In fairness a text message came to my phone during dinner and I did not see it. But I was troubled by the lack of understanding and the constant knocking on the door and phone calls. I told them we are not leaving until we both showered. We were out within an hour and my GF had to finish her make-up and hair in common non-airconditioned bathroom. The night before departing. As I said they did send a text about check out but because of another incident I don't think I seen the text. While we were getting ready they called to ask if they could enter the room because the adjacent room's lock would not work and they hoped the connecting door may be able to be open via our room. It really wasn't a big deal but it also says something about maintenance.
