We came here with friends as we had such. A nice Time the year before, we appreciate it was out of season and the last week before the hotel shut down before the end of season, the staff were miserable except for one of the staff in the dining area can’t remember her name sorry but she was amazing. The guy who sat by the pool never spoke and sat with his coat on and stared at his phone, the food was luke warm and repetitive. The worst was the check out !! Just basically got throw out after breakfast even though we wasn’t being picked up until late afternoon , 12pm we had to be gone. We will return probably not and it’s such a shame as could be a lovely hotel. We had one great night with a wonderful singer and the 6 other guests that was staying there.

This hotel is definitely not 4 star quality. I would rate it an average 3 star. The food was terrible, limited choice and what was there was very poor quality. One night the food was so bad, my husband who normally eats anything came back with a plate of chips some cheese and carrots!!The selection was so poor The room was basic and not very clean. There was dust on the floors and a dead spider lay in the bathroom for 2 days. My main reason for being unhappy with the hotel was definitely the food. Plus we had paid extra for VIP which really isn't worth it..no spirits available and again the food left in the VIP area was pathetic. Oh and another thing check in takes forever.

Terrible hotel food was horrendous and room was full of ants, complained to reception to move room cos of the ants but would not move us! Terrible service would never go back. Staff are rude, the rooms are tiny and old looking. Had to spend all of our money on food at restaurants cos the food was so bad!

This was a great hotel , very clean and the staff were very friendly. The restaurant and a great variety of food , salad bar /fruit , hot food ,soup, and desserts . Some nights were a themed night, for example, Chinese or Mexican. We were also offered cocktails on Sunday morning or on a themed night , and these little extras were a really good touch. Big shout out to Isobel and Jenny in the restaurant who went above and beyond and were both so friendly. The snack bar and pizzeria were open from 11.00 until 6 pm and had a variety of salads, burgers, pizzas, etc, constantly topped up with fresh food. The rooms were basic but comfortable and clean. You were also able to have a late checkout out if needed. The only downside was that the pool was quite small for the size of the hotel and was completely in the shade by 4pm. There was a small sun terrace if you could find a space , however, the beach is a 5-minute walk away, and we preferred to spend the day there. You could hire beach towels for 10 euro each, which was given back on return. The entertainment was good , with some very good singers . This was a very pleasant and relaxed stay , I don't think it is suitable for young families though .

This year (July 2023) we spent our vacation at this hotel for the fourth time. Great vacation again, beautiful hotel and rooms, great satisfaction with the accommodation. The food is always varied and excellent, everything is clean and tidy, the food and drink are excellent! Dear staff, it can be seen that the manager (Javier) takes care of the running of this hotel, who understands it and cares about the satisfaction of the clients. We will definitely visit this hotel again next year and highly recommend it to everyone!! Hotel is very clean and food is reasonable. Location is great and is in between Palma and Maga! The thing that makes the hotel is the staff. Always going above and beyond! Bar staff very helpful and friendly, receptionist helped any time we needed anything… the superstar of the Hotel is Nellie. Lovely girl and made everyone feel very welcome. Paul

Best Hotel out just back 3rd time there all the staff knew us got a basket of fruit and a bottle of champagne from the restaurant staff isobel your amazing bar staff brilliant always having a laugh with you david and the team on reception amazing got a welcome back cuddle from david room amazing 506 Best view out can't wait for next year shona x

Lovely hotel ,staff brilliant,food typical all-inclusive but always hot , rooms little dated but again spotless would I return yes bar staff good ,life guard lovely guy ,snack bar burgers chips sausage cold meats baps and salad only a small pool but plenty of sun beds

Wow, what a fantastic hotel. It's spotlessly clean, has a good range of food, friendly staff, & atmosphere. The animation person, Nellie, is fabulous at what she does. Isobel & Jenny in the restaurant are absolutely amazing & extremely friendly, helpful & go above and beyond to make your stay amazing, I'll miss them. The snack bar is brilliant if you don't want to wake up for breakfast. The bar staff are brilliant at their jobs. The cleaning team are efficient at what they do and come round daily to ensure you have clean towels, make your bed, and enough bathroom tissue. I honestly can't think of any negative points for this hotel. I've stayed here twice now, and I will definitely return again.
