Location was near both beaches and nightlife without being so close as to be annoying. Rooms were nice and beds were comfortable.

Excellent stay. The restaurant staff in particular were fantastic. A huge amount of food especially desserts. All food was always beautifully presented. We stayed as the hotel was closing for the season yet they continued serving the same amount of food and choices which was fantastic. The rooms had incredible views of the beach. The only downside was (as stated by so many others) that you had to pay to use the main sunbeds in the sunshine on both the rooftop pool area and the main pool. Thankfully as we were there out of season we were able to move the normal beds into the sun but in the busy season it would be a nightmare! Overall, a brilliant stay.

The hotel overall is extremely pleasant the refurb looks beautiful very clean, however the manager in the restaurant named germy is very rude and made us feel uncomfortable whilst dining he comes across very intimidating. On the other hand the night reception staff ‘Saeed’ has made our stay extremely pleasurable said is very professional we felt very safe he is a very compassionate caring highly skilled individual. At first we thought he was the manager looking forward to visiting next summer. Thankyou for our stay. To say the hotel is 5 star The food is 3.5/10 a lot of meat meat and meat not much for the vegans. On our next visit we are hoping the food improves.

Stayed for a week’s holiday on a half board basis. Great location with stunning views across the bay from our room. Well furnished, with very efficient cleaning on a daily basis. Food was excellent at both breakfast and dinner. There is an excellent choice with freshly prepared dishes regularly replenished, particularly in the evening. Staff were very friendly and helpful in all areas of the hotel. The manager was very visible and talked to many of the guests. Had a very enjoyable holiday and would definitely like to return at some point.

Our stay at Fergus Style Tobago was a dream. With stunning sea and pool views, our spacious, clean room felt like a home away from home. The friendly cleaners greeted us every morning, and the entire staff radiated warmth throughout our visit. The half-board option offered a variety of delicious dishes, while the unexpected birthday surprise added a personal touch. The reception area’s enchanting scent added to the hotel’s charm. Perfectly situated in Palma Nova’s nicer end, we couldn’t have asked for a better location. Fergus Style Tobago exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return.

We stayed for 9 nights half board the staff and food were excellent ! Swimming pool frozen cold with limited opening hours. A lot of dirty plates and glasses. Smart TV would benefit. A credit facility is offered in the hotel information but not actually available ! Subtle touches of a five star hotel are missing. Saying this we would recommend the Hotel as it provides excellent value for money. Congratulations to all the staff !! Mr and Mrs G

Very relaxing and calm hotel. Food excellent and so many options to choose from. I also was able to get gluten free desserts from the chef.
