Zafiro Palace Palmanova is definitely a 5 star hotel. We stayed in the swim up suites. No complaints, room has everything you need, buffet breakfast great choice cocktails a great. Will be back

Had a great 10 day stay at this excellent hotel ideally situated just a 5 min walk from the beach. Large bright spacious bedroom with comfortable bed. Extensive breakfast buffet caters for all taste. Friendly staff where nothing was a problem

The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful! Nothing was an issue. The gardens were lovely, the swimming pools fantastic and a great buffet breakfast. It’s ideally located with literally a 5 mins walk to the beach! The rooms were bright, spacious and very clean. And there’s a car park too should you hire a car.

Magic place . It was amazing Food - excellent Place - excellent Service - excellent People - excellent Transfer - excellent Beach about 5 min walk. Clean and beautiful. Life guards always patrol the beach .

We had a wonderful time at Zafiro. Every staff made the experience beautiful. I just can not fault the services. The pool play area for the kids, the wifi, the buffet with good food, the beds, and most loved is the touch by every member of staff. My kids loved the evening entertainment. It felt like its a business strategy. I have never visited a hotel with such a high standard for customer experience. It felt they were naturally nice people and I think they are. Its either the staff have been carefully selected or maybe the management has been good with the employees. Everyone look happy with their jobs and it was evident in the way they treat guests. I will definitely visit here again soon. Probably going to book the full-board next time.
