エンバシー スイーツ パームデール(Embassy Suites by Hilton Palmdale)

私たちは引っ越しの間に 10 日間滞在しましたが、エンバシー スイーツ パームデールを選んでよかったと思いました。スタッフはいつもフレンドリーで、親切で、親切でした。提供された朝食はとても美味しかったです！私たちの部屋は静かで広々としていました。

The heat didn't work properly in the room, in spite of having the heat seta as high as it would go, it never achieved warming the room adequately. Also there were a few burned out light bulbs throughout the room and bathroom.

Hotel cards did not allow entry into the hotel and room. My Handicapped Senior Sister, who could not stand at length, had to sit on the hallway floor as we awaited a maintenance assistant to bring us new hotel cards for entry. Very much a strain on my Sister, not to mention painful. The Ice Machine on the 5th and 4th floors did not dispense, causing another trip on the elevator to the 6th floor. An inconvenience I did not anticipate from the Embassy Suites brand.

The hotel was absolutely spotless! We stayed here a month ago, and when we found out we had to be back in the area we booked it again immediately.

We love our staying and the service provided at embassy suites. There's is only one thing I want to mention, I don't understand why they charge for parking specifically when they have a full parking lot free ( I understand in Vegas because of the resource feed ) they shouldn't charge for parking I believe that it is something that they should provide to their customers without changing or at least mentioning at checking in so customer can decide to stay or not

Books months in advance for a trip i planned. Showed up exhausted at checkin time 3pm ready to go to sleep with my family. Room wasnt ready and told id be called in 15-20 minutes, i called about 45 minutes later while sitting in lobby cause the line was long. They were asking to place me in another room, i said as long as it has what i already paid for. They said one was available for me. I then got cards for our room and by 430 i was able to finally get to my room to pass out. I had asked for late checkout but they didnt get back to me about that. I was told twice id get points added for rewards for some inconveniences but i didnt reserve through Hilton app. So idk where those "points" went. I was soooo sleepy but i thanked them happily and didnt express how frustrated i was. The lady at the counter was already suppose to be off of work, so i feel she was stressed as well. Next day they knocked earlier than check out time to see if we were ready to get out. Lol. also cant ever find carts for luggage here available so each time i went down and came back up loading my car i was asked if we were all leaving already. I dont like leaving bad reviews but Most likely wont stay here again. I will say that the employees i interacted with at front desk, bar area, and breakfast area were all nice.

When I first got there, they booked me into a room that somebody else was already in and then two hours later they called me and asked me I haven’t checked in because they put my room under my daughters name instead of mine but overall after that situation, everything went good

Loved everything about our stay . Have visited Palmdale many times in 2023 and and the other hotels do not measure up. I will make Embassy Suites my #1 Hotel choice and Suite#325 my room. Amazing staff

Excelent!!! Clean, spacious, good breakfast, nice pool, good service, new towels and linens!!!
