Worst hospitality among hotels. Not well planned the sunday day outing. They have just target the money only. Not recommended. Worst place ever seen. 😡🤬🤬 Please don’t believe their words. They are cheating. Only they need is money. No proper hospitality. After access the pool then we can’t have a wash as well. No bar of soap in the bathrooms and not cleaned well. Food are also worst. I think they are using same oil two or three times again and again have a bad taste in fish deval and mush room deval as well.

Date 2024.01.07 time 6.45pm On rainy days, Stewart should be trained to check on customers at the outside tables. I didn't even get help to take the ordered food inside. Very poor customer service last night, I had a very bad experience because of it.

Worst customer service ever Called the hotel to ask for an exception to make arrangements send someone else to collect the refundable deposit for the function we had one month ago.. explain them that the reason I can’t come and it’s an unavoidable circumstance. However they were not ready to listen and told management has to decide on that . Even if the person is hospitalized they can’t do anything .. Would not recommend the hotel to anyone .

Ther worst experience I ever had. Yesterday was my birthday, So my family decided to get a party in this place. The waiter was super rude. He not have an idea what is the hospitality is . Service also very poor. We wait for 50 minutes for starts the party. His treat was very terrible for my family. Due to that delay we have to stay after the closing time may be 15min waiter rudely came to our table and say '' Sir Hotel is close now I will pack your foods and you can go eat in outside in the hotel. Their was a waiter supervisor he is very professional and politely talk with us after the arguments. But I was very inconvenient infront of my relations and my freinds. Either that waiter not listen to his supervisor also 😂 thats the worst part I saw. So I was Imagine his hospitality too. This is the worst and rude experience I have in Ramadia. Not Recommended this place for the people. Some steer food restaurants treat to their customer better than this hotel.

Worst experience in service. Waiters are super rude. And be very careful about your wallet/credit card/bedit card. After I finished having dinner, I gave my debit card for the payment. Waiter took it to the reception. After 10mins I received the SMS of their charge. Then I was waiting for 17mins, I didn’t received my card. So I decided to go and check. I aksed several workers there who are incharge in accepting payments. Everyone said “give us few minutes”. Then I realized something went wrong. I stayed 30 minutes standing infront of the restaurant. Then a waiter just came to me and handover the card, saying “it has gone to a wrong person”. I said to him very politely, this is not ethical to keep someone’s bank cards such a long time. The rude waiter answered me very carelessly “today is a crowded day” even didn’t say sorry. I did a complaint to the reception too. If you love your wallet, don’t try this. This is my first and last time at the hotel for sure.
