Worst experience in service. Waiters are super rude. And be very careful about your wallet/credit card/bedit card. After I finished having dinner, I gave my debit card for the payment. Waiter took it to the reception. After 10mins I received the SMS of their charge. Then I was waiting for 17mins, I didn’t received my card. So I decided to go and check. I aksed several workers there who are incharge in accepting payments. Everyone said “give us few minutes”. Then I realized something went wrong. I stayed 30 minutes standing infront of the restaurant. Then a waiter just came to me and handover the card, saying “it has gone to a wrong person”. I said to him very politely, this is not ethical to keep someone’s bank cards such a long time. The rude waiter answered me very carelessly “today is a crowded day” even didn’t say sorry. I did a complaint to the reception too. If you love your wallet, don’t try this. This is my first and last time at the hotel for sure.
