Thank you for the amazing service, Ms. Wathsala & team. We really enjoyed our high tea at Serene Pavilions in Wadduwa. We came to celebrate Mother’s Day, and you all arranged a seat with the best view of the seafront. She was enjoying her treat too, and we highly recommend this location for its calm and quiet atmosphere and excellent customer service. Thanks again!

What a wonderful Place.. One of the best Place I have ever visited.. Very pleasant and well trained staff...Mr.Milan was exceptional... Villas are perfectly arranged with fully furnished furnitures. Private Pool with nice view.. Really Love this place...

We booked an ocean pavilion at this hotel, which offered some nice amenities including a larger living area, spacious bathroom with a jacuzzi, private pool, and a nice view of the beach. However, the villa itself seemed a bit old and not well-maintained. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the private pool because it didn't appear clean, despite the hotel staff maintaining it. Similarly, we avoided the hotel's main pool as it also looked less than pristine. During our stay, we noticed that some staff members seemed to neglect local guests in favor of foreign visitors. Although the villa felt safe and private, the actions of a few staff members made us feel uneasy and dissatisfied during our two-night stay. Overall, our experience was underwhelming, and considering the various issues we encountered, we did not find the stay worth the cost.

From the moment you arrive at the hotel you feel that you have arrived to heaven. You get a private villa, perfectly equipped, where you can enjoy your vacation, including a private pool and meals in the villa and enjoy the time with the family. All you hear around is the sound of waves in the sea and the chirping of birds. From the reception staff, through the private butler (Milan) who is available for you around the clock, to the house keeping (Daminda) - everyone makes sure to make your vacation perfect. We will definitely come back again.

We were very happy and satisfied here. Thank you very much. The staff was particularly friendly and helpful. Thank you Malith, Thank you Chef-Cook, Thank you Nisch and all. We don‘t want to leave at all, that’s how we liked it. We‘ll be back, for sure.

Everything was brilliant, besides the beach side in front of hotel. Clean it up and it will be 10/10 Service is good, staff are friendly and initiative. Food is good, but make sure that you are spicy lover before order. It is Sri Lanka and local cuisine is unique. Room are good, but in bathroom area is so hot. Anyway, everything is good If you wanna relax and have a stress relief - it is good choice 👍

Advantages: 1.Good location of the hotel, close to the airport. 2. The beach is good and quite clean with convenient entry.You can swim. 3. Small number of guests. 4.Good equipment of the villas in general. Air conditioning, jacuzzi, etc. 5.Excellent pool in the villa and communal pool with hydromassage. 5. A balanced dinner, not spicy, European. 6. Trained and polite staff. 7.Farewell dinner on the shore. Disadvantages: 1.Villas and equipment are old. Many things do not work or work poorly. Fans, water pressure, sliding doors open with great effort. 2.The sunbeds on the beach fell into pieces. 3. Monotonous breakfasts. If you live for more than 3 days, it gets a little boring. 4. There is a kitchen corner, but there is no stove, dishes, kitchen utensils, or plates.It's practically useless. 5. The final bill included services and goods that were not actually provided.

We were there for 2 nights the place was very relaxing, food was generally good and the people were friendly and nice. We were allocated Ashan and he took care of us very very well. The place requires maintenance, basic upkeep in the vlllas were missing. Overall it was a good and relaxing stay.

Service,food view to the sea everything was so good... One of the best place specially for a couple...Excellent place to be with your loved ones ..good service was catered ......Shan the butler who assisted us one with pleasant attitude and other staff members were also really helpful with a gteat hospitality
