My checkin was not in a good experience,Their was some issues with the room catagory, I totaly understand the Hotel was full house but it dosent mean the other guests to suffer, Many of the staffs they need Training then look very sad, I have to wish them Good Morning or Evening then they could reply, I would say F&B staffs were outgoing, I would recommend Noella,Danjita,Chef Dutta for their extra care they did a very good job,The food varieties are amaizing specially the breakfast,The Health club some machines are too old,The Taxi driver name Mahmood is very good he was extraordinary by his hospitality.Rooms cloth hangers are rusted.
