Club Wyndham Panama City Beach

I liked the property over all, it was right on the beach, the garage was a bit too far away. You had to cross the sky ridge to get there which was cool and they made it convenient. Staff wasn’t to friendly but they were professional. The elevators (2of them) had a dip in the floor. You couldn’t see it because the mats were covering it but it did feel unsafe in those 2elevators. The bathrooms and baseboards were fairly clean, but pretty decent overall.

We stayed for a quick weekend girls trip. It was perfect. In February the pools are heated and we were able to swim and enjoy the hot tub. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Property and units in process of upgrading, much needed. Cleaning has suffered since last stay 3 years ago. Staff very friendly and courteous. View amazing

I absolutely loved our room. Breathtaking views of the ocean. Clean and comfortable. Heated pool and hot tub were available. Perfect location. Able to walk to several restaurants and shops. The parking was very inconvenient. Had to park far from the hotel and take a shuttle to and from. Then get on three different elevators to get to your room. Though I am Thankful for the shuttle, I feel like we should have been told about the garage closing. The sales pitch was absolutely ridiculous and they get flat out rude. Was sales pitched at the front desk and when I kept telling her no, she got an attitude and her demeanor completely changed. Then two different times on my trip I was called with the same sales pitch….it was aggravating. Overall, I would stay again when the garage is open. I will just stop answering my phone when they call for the sales pitch.

The place was beautiful we had a great time unfortunately we happen to arrive while they had the safety testing going on so had a couple days of crazy loud sirens going so could be at the hotel all day for about 2 days but after that wonderful time

Room was excellent. We appreciated the hot chocolate bar in the lobby. The concierge desk was pushy and relentless. The carts were helpful to get to the parking garage when they were available. We had to allow 15 minutes to get the car each time. Unfortunately we chose the week the fire alarm system was tested from 8 am to 5 pm for several days.

The property is nice. The check-in was easy. All the staff seem nice, they say hi when they see you. There is a Starbucks on site. You are right on the beach and the views are great! This is a timeshare property and you will be asked to attended a 90 minute presentation. I was unaware of this at the time of booking. I did contact ******* and asked that it be included somewhere on the about the property because I would not have chosen this location because I do not like attending the timeshare sales pitches.

We will definitely return to this property. Accessible, well maintained, customer service was excellent and we had everything we needed. Walking distance to the Pier Park.

This property is overall nice. Our unit was roomy and clean. The check in staff was nice. Its a Great Location and plenty of parking. BUT This is a timeshare. Don't take the tour for a free vacation unless you are really in the market for a timeshare. It is high pressure sales and the free vacation is not free. There are lots of fees involved.
