Clean modern hotel with self check in but far away

L’hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité des transports publics. La chambre est spacieuse, très propre et bien équipée.

サービスを最小化してるタイプのホテル。まず夕方5時に着いても既にフロントは無人。レストランの給仕に館内の説明を受ける。書類のチェックアウトの日が違っていても、明日朝ホテルの人に相談して、と言われる。 部屋は広くて清潔。虻が一匹いて退治するのに苦労したのを除けば特に問題無し。シャワーの排水が悪いのもヨーロッパではよくあること。ベッドの角に脚をぶつけるとものすごく痛いけど、これも自己責任でしょう。 節約のため（実際にそう書いてある）部屋の個別の空調は無し。冷房を期待してわざわざ新しそうな建物のホテルを選んだのに台無し。真夏はある程度暑い。温度調整してほしかったら電話しろと書いてあるが、フロントが無人なので当然繋がらない。 特筆すべきは、夜までレストランの音楽が部屋に響いてかなりうるさい。 洗濯機と乾燥機が地下に1台だけ置いてある。洗剤含め無料。 さらに、土日ともなるとレストランも開いてない。もし土日がチェックイン日だったなら、かなりのストレスだったものと思われる。 総じて、観光旅行の途中に宿泊するのは全くおすすめできない。

Confortable stay. Convenient location. Impeccable cleanliness. Tasty dishes at the ground floor restaurant. Modern building. Streamlined check-in and check-out processes made contactless. Help is offered kindly and politely by the collaborators.

Romm was really good and confortable. Main problem is that it was confusing to find the card due to reception being close at 18:30 It ws not clear if it was in the mail boxes or in the other hotel there was inconsistencies between a mail received and the message below the mailboxes.

Wonderful place to stay. Staff is awesome and helpful. Clean and tidy. Good restaurant and very close to station. I loved the bed, room the bathroom and wardrobe provided. The executive room was big and have enough place to do your personal and official work.

We were a group of 25 and booked the table well in advance for a business dinner. They always replied very fast to our questions and requests from our emails and everything was perfectly settled up as we arrived at the restaurant. The food was very fast served as requested by us and was really tasty. The service was very friendly and attentive (our waitress Paula was really nice!). We will for sure come back!

Perfect place to stay in Rotkreuz. Across the street from train station and bus stop. Clean, quiet, very helpful staff.

It was cozy and well-located Hotel. All the installations were clean, and the employees were really helpful and competent. The rooms are well equipped, and I had enough space to storage my baggage and to work comfortable in the room's desk. I am really satisfied that I stayed there.

Location is good, trains and buses are easily accessible. But the gym (located outside of the hotel and inside the rehab center) opens at 7am and closes at 8pm… wish it could open earlier and stay open till later.

Hotel reception, bar and restaurant are closing early. Not well for late arrivals.

I stayed in Room 214, Superior – 25m2 – Queensize bed (140x200). My stay was quiet and restful, with plenty of closet and bathroom space to stay organized and quickly freshen up during my business trip. My view looked toward the nearby Rotkreuz Bahnhof, while still being calm and quiet overnight. I recommend opening the windows to ventilate the room, as it gets quiet warm when sleeping (because the pillows and bedding are cozy and warm). Lastly, the breakfast served near the lobby is wonderful, featuring Swiss breakfast fare (breads, cold cuts, cheeses, muesli, yogurt) with a few American breakfast items sprinkled in (eggs, bacon, orange juice). The breakfast and particularly the coffee were excellent ways to start the day - make sure to grab a seat by 7:00 AM for easy access to the spread!
