so wonderful place to stay!! All room is an ocean view, and it was so nice to enjoy the scenery of every moment there!!

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Despite the size of the hotel and the kindness of the check-in staff, my experience was marred by several issues that significantly impacted the quality of my stay. Firstly, I waited for two hours to check-in due to what was explained as staff and "system issues." This delay caused me to miss important reservations and was extremely inconvenient, especially with my young children (ages 2 and 4) in tow. Upon finally entering our room, we were dismayed to find it in an unsatisfactory condition. The floor was so dirty that brand new socks became brown within moments of walking on it. This was concerning, as I did not want my children to come into contact with such filth. Furthermore, the beds were sandy, requiring us to shake out the sheets multiple times before they were somewhat clean enough to sleep on. I attempted to call the front desk to address these issues, but to no avail. This was not surprising, as throughout the two hours I waited to check-in, I witnessed the phone ringing off the hook without being answered. Overall, the cleanliness, tardiness, and lack of responsiveness from the front desk significantly impacted our stay. I hope that you can address these issues promptly to ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests

Rude staff at night. Out of toilet paper and out of towels. Staff during the day was friendly. Nobody seemed to know what was going on

The pictures don’t match what is on the website. They gave up our room so when we checked in they didn’t have any king rooms left. They didn’t offer to knocked down are rate or anything.

It was directly on the beach. Beach was accessible and easy to get to. Being able to sit in my room and have oceanfront view is my favorite part. The staff even helped me get my key situated so we could get back in our room after arrival.

Friendly staff at checkin and out. Parking was limited. Pool area and hot tub needed cleaning, even if it may not have been open for the season.

It was a little worn, it is a building beside the ocean so wear and tear is common. That being said, the pool area and it's surroundings need heavy maintenance. May have been because it's not summer time, but that was rough looking and at that point... an eyesore of decoration as it is useless. I would recommend a proper cover with netting and string lights to keep things clean and chic looking. Also, remove the old gate; it's hideous. A wood patio and ledge or brick border would do the trick. I'm not complaining, I want to see improvement because I loved my stay here, very down to Earth. ❤️

Wouild have like to have had more than two sets of towels in my room when I checked in. I was there for two nights and yes it was only myself but still would have liked to have some spares. Never been limited on that many anywhere else I have stayed. Also need more parking. Not sure why the basement parking was not available. Had to park all of the way over in Ramada's parking lot. Should have something closer.

Good place to stay and worth the Money, But we faced couple of issues related to Cleanliness. Floor was sooper greasy that we can walk only with slippers. Unfortunately hot Tub was not working and Wi-Fi signal is weak as I got to attend couple of work related meetings.
