Great hotel. Very modern and beautifully decorated. I had a really nice view of the city from my room. Very clean especially the lobby area. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was buffett style and was always delicious, and the waiters/waitresses were always there to assist. One restaurant is currently opened at the hotel but the food there is also very good. Plus it is in walking distance to other food places. Learnt to play pool for the first time with the help of the staff. The infinity pool overlooking the city was also really nice. Their onsite tour/taxi service is also very good. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend

Good bed, we booked an ocean view and it was great. Attached mall is very bare, not many stores. most were empty, Hotel seemed pretty empty and quiet for our 1 night stay.

The hotel itself was gorgeous, location was excellent, and we had a beautiful view from our bedroom. As a family suite, though, the floor plan was odd. The central living area had no windows. The room smelled very dusty and moldy. Turning the air conditioning up helped, but it felt like the room hadn't been used in a long time, and we all ended up with stuffed up noses from the musty smell.

The Front Desk Staff are Horrible. So many Visitors are waiting to check in and 2 staff members are attending to one person for at least 40 minutes. Such a TURN-OFF. Do not send Clothes to dry clean. It takes at least 3 days to get your clothes back, when it should be the next day. Other Hotel Staff were Wonderful. The Breakfast was enjoyable. I will stay here again, but please CHANGE your Front Desk Staff.

Loved the hotel and it’s amenities! Housekeeping could use some improvements. Several times had to contact front desk for towels and other items that were not replenished. Other than that, I would stay there again.

I visited this hotel previously when it was branded as Hard Rock Hotel. I don't know if it is for the season we visited but it felt empty this time. Building and facilities are kept in good conditions and room is great, the duvet might be on the warmer side tho. Additional services might be frustrating, room service left us with only one towel when we were 4 people in the room. It took me two calls, two visits to the lobby and 1 hour to get the additional towels sent to our room.

With over 50 years of traveling. I must say that this hotel has the overall worst service worst clients Support worst response to any hotel at any price. I have been A Dozens of countries in the World This hotel singularly has more issues problems lack of Communication nonresponsive staff as anyq I have ever seen. The owner of this hotel and its sister hotel. It's not to be seen. Managers are a way during holiday are the rest of the staff is either incapable. Or in fear of proper resolution of issues.

The hotel has mold and mildew in all room and common areas, (hallways). If this would happen here, the health Dept would shut them down. Staff was friendly and the mold and mildew is no fault of the staff.

Half the amenities advertised including a juice bar, a club, and a rooftop bar weren’t even open. The staff took four days to do our laundry despite claiming a 12hr turnaround, and they charged us $50 for it. We had to call roughly 7 times and go down in person several times to even get the laundry. The service was not rendered as promised. They lost five of our shirts.
