What I Like: -Staff was friendly and extremely helpful -Room was Big -bed was comfy -towels was fresh and good quality -bathroom was very good -water pressure was good -the view was good -value for money Things to improve: -staff communication to each other, should have unified knowledge and information -breakfast was served cold (Bec in-house kitchen is not yet operational) -room 201 is noisy due to nearby staff quarter/laundry, as early as 4am we heard noises that wakes us up. Overall it was a pleasant stay. It is a super new resort.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Commendable air conditioning. Accommodating staff. I love the view from the veranda. The bridge’s Christmas adornment adds to the comfy feels of the season. Cars have lined up to stop and take photos with families. The hotel’s bathroom is also one to note, its clean!!! Room service is only until 11pm. Sadly, i was hoping for a french toast to perk up my morning. The 2 slices of french toast with 3pcs of viena sausage misses the taste of maple syrup. It looked sad. I hope they could improve on this.

スタッフはとても親切で、温かく、気配りがありました。部屋、シーツ、バスルームは清潔で、客室での食事サービスも素晴らしかったです。建物は古い感じで、エレベーターは小さい 1 台しかありませんが、スタッフはそれを補って余りあると思います。スタッフは対応がよく、お客様の滞在を快適にすることにとても熱心です。

Pros: 1. Place looks new. Sheets and towels are also new and feels premium. 2. Breakfast was great esp the hot choco. 3. Front desk personnel were nice and very responsive. 4. Wifi and water pressure are both strong. 5. The personal butler touch was a bonus. Cons 1. The deluxe villa, which is supposed to be for 4 pax, is quite small. Its more suited for 2 pax. 2. Spa prices are quite steep. 3. Plunge pool is small. Management should consider making it heated, otherwise, guests will not find it of much use. 4. I understand that its an eco resort but a little more landscaping will make it more attractive to guests

10 年近く前にここに来たときは、ヴィラが 2、3 棟しかなかったのですが、今回で 4 回目です。ヴィラは大きく拡張されています。ヴィラは素敵で清潔です。プールがいくつかあり、素晴らしい景色が楽しめます。サンダウナーズには必ずまた来ます。

ゲゲストThis resort already lost its former glory. We went to this resort to celebrate a birthday. We are about 18-20 pax. They only have one kiddie pool and one pool for adult which have a maximum of 6ft. The problem with the adult pool is they have a cordoned section for swimming lessons or i think its also used for training for schools, so sila lang halos nakakagamit nung portion na pool na nilagyan nila nang tali. I think its 3 - 4 lanes. So the rest nung mga gues which is nagbayad din naman nang entrance fee, eh dun na lang kami sa labas nung training area nila. I guess they need to choose, if gusto nila maging training ground yung pool nila, wag na sila mag accept nang guest kung hindi rin naman magamit nang maayos yung nag iisang adult pool nila. Bawal na rin daw ang videoke kasi nag rereklamo yung mga guest nila sa hotel which is katabi lang nang swimming area. We went there to enjoy and have fun pero because of the trainings in the swimming pool di kami nag enjoy. We planed to stay up to 9pm but because of we have encountered, umuwi na kami nang mga 5pm.

DDarren HWell don't know where to start with this place. Yes on arrival they were warm, the room was clean. That's the good part. As advertised this place stated that it's nearest beach was 0.6km away. That's a total lie. Its nearest beach if you don't want to pay for a boat trip is bolo beach a 30minute tricycle ride away. They offered a tricycle to us for the price of 1500peso which I thought was expensive. (walked 100 yards up the road 600peso) and the driver waited all day for us. In a nutshell this place isn't near anything unless you want to pay a tricycle or a boat trip to the hundred islands which I will say is beautiful but costly. Next this is meant to be a transient house with use of facilities. On using the kitchen we noticed straight away from day one there was a rat problem. Droppings on the kitchen worktops that were there for days (until I complained to agoda as the staff here totally ignored my complaint) when complaining I explained that we wouldn't be using the kitchen anymore as we felt it unsanitary and it really did put us off cooking anything in there. My partner saw rats in there on 2 occasions. I then contacted agoda as I wasn't getting anywhere with the transient staff even asking politely on numerous occasions to talk to a manager I was blanked and told there wasn't one and the owner was busy. Agoda then took my complaint with photographic evidence and I explained we wanted to depart 11 days earlier than we should have been and if possible I'd like to be refunded on the remaining days. Agoda then contacted the transient house and the next thing we got a knock on our door and was told that because we had made complaints we must vacate the room immediately. No warning nothing just go. I again contacted agoda as all we had done was follow what the carribbean transient house had told us to do. ( you made your booking with agoda not us. Take your complaint to them). We left withing 15 mins and I didn't get any kind of refund. So they kept our money for services that were never used. Not once did any management or owner approach us with any response to our complaint. So there you have it. Yes the rooms are clean but as for your kitchen it's rat infested. I'd not eat a thing from there and if you expect a little decency when trying to state this fact politely don't expect a reply your be ignored. I've travelled extensively in Asia and yes the hundred islands here are beautiful but this place is a no no. I'd give it a swerve if you value your health.
