パシフィック パームズ リゾート(Pacific Palms Resort)

We will be staying at the Pacific Palms Resort in Papamoa later this year, and have already experienced great customer service. Nikki has been very informative and helpful. If the booking process is this pleasant, we can only imagine how great our stay will be!

We've stayed a number of times for both holidays (at Christmas when we were living away from Tauranga, so we've had a larger unit so we can entertain/babysit our grandkids) and work where it has just been myself and my husband. We have always been well accommodated, with great service from lovely staff. Highly recommend.

What a amazing time we had. gentleman at reception was so pleasant and no messing around he had everything ready on arrival. Rooms are big and very clean and modern. everything you need. grounds and pool are well maintained, perfect spot to bring the kids at any time of the year. as the pool and spa are warm and have covered areas to by and watch kids while they swim. Just perfect 🥰

We are a sports team of 10 mostly mature ladies and were in Tauranga for an event. We stayed in Apts 22, 23 & 24. Everyone had only good things to say about Pacific Palms Resort. The accommodation was more upmarket and dearer than where we would normally stay on our trips throughout NZ, but we certainly appreciated the extra luxury. We highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful rooms full of all amenities. Kids absolutely loved the pools and spa. Staff so helpful and accommodating especially with a last minute booking. Close to shops and restaurants. Will definitely be staying again.

Lovely clean unit with everything you could need. Comfy beds, great pool and spa. Andy and Nikki were so welcoming and helpful. Location is also amazing- short walk to supermarket, all sorts of restaurants and bars. An awesome holiday destination couldn't recommend enough.

Great to be able to get a 3 bedroom villa so the teens did not have to share. Clean and tidy and managers friendly. Super handy to the Plaza and across the road to Fashion Island. Pity about the rain lol

Accommodation was on point, comfortable beds, very clean, beautiful space, we everything we needed. We enjoyed a game of tennis and later a spa and swim in the pool. My only suggestion would be the swimming pool was a bit cold for winter swimming and needs to be heated to at least 30 degrees. The spa was lovely but again needs to be a little bit hotter so it is more like a spa. Turn up the heat please guys. Wonderful customer service at reception and would totally recommend this place.

We booked for one night. Our apartment was tidy, and nice, had everything we needed, couldn’t have asked for anything else. Bed was so comfortable, just nice all round. Will definitely be booking again when we’re back. Beautiful place to stay
