My Name is Nadezhda. I was staying in your hotel from 5/02/2024 till 10/02/2024. To say I'm disappointed is to say nothing. 1) I was charged a 100 EUR deposit, and I saw another people on the reception who was not and who was staying also for 5 nights. It is a discrimination because I'm from Russia I suppose. Other way I can't explain this. Moreover NO INFORMATION ABOUT DEPOSIT WAS DURING BOOKING. 2) The deposit WAS NOT REFUNDED! despite of the refund ticket send by hotel... I called to my bank and they said that money, that was frozen before is now debited from the account! It was the last time I visited your hotels as well as my family. I'm totally disappointed with such a bad practice in such a famous hotel chain. Now I have only one question. Where is my money?!
