This hotel was very well located in the city. You can get to the main sights via metro. My stay was enjoyable but the staff was not very accommodating at times.

Hotel com funcionários muito prestativos e solícitos, mas colocaram a gente num quarto e o ar condicionado não estava funcionando. Falamos na recepção, e nos mudaram pra outro. Esse novo quarto também estava com ar condicionado quebrado e o frigobar também. Só vi que o ar do segundo não estava gelando quando fomos dormir e aí precisamos abrir a janela pra refrescar. Resolvi não pedir pra trocar novamente pq como o quarto é pequeno, precisei tirar tudo da mala pro armário pq não tinha local pra deixar a mala “aberta”; e no dia seguinte iria cair bem a temperatura, porém esses pontos foram bem significativos. Meus sogros que também foram na viagem e estavam em outro quarto, também tiveram problema no ar condicionado. Isso precisa ser visto!

We were a family of 6 and stayed in 2 rooms for 4 nights. From the start, one of the rooms had a non-functioning AC, which did not manage to be repaired during our stay. A fan was provided, however this was not what we had paid the exorbitant price for! Although a replacement room was offered, this was so small that there was barely room to get down from bed! A portable AC offered was so noisy that it had to be switched off at night! Breakfast was of good quality but very little.Food consumed and glasses/plates used were not replenished easily. There was a day when no bread, cheeses, croissants, glasses or cups were available. It is definately not worth its price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Location is not too central.I don't think I'd return to this hotel, especially with its high price tag and lack of AC in one of our rooms

Staff was really pleasant, but I got 2 bottle of wine one of the staff was trying to overcharged me, the cost for a bottle of vin Rosé "Coteaux du var Escarelle" was 28 Euro they charged me 39 and upon checking out they add a charge of 55 Euro, Overall the stay was Ok. but do check your credit card for overcharging

The staff was great and very helpful: however, the sheets were dirty and it seemed as though each time they changed them we would find stains or blood stains. The shower also had pink mold.

Le standard de l’hôtel est inférieur aux autres hôtels mercure que j’ai connu jusqu’ici. Je comprend l’idée de garder l’originalité de l’hôtel mais les chambres standard sont petites par rapport aux prix.

Alguns quartos grandes e outros pequenos. Nós reservamos 4 quartos grandes e recebemos só um com as especificações que deram no site. Outros dois quartos deram conjugado e o último mtooooo pequeno. Absurdo venderem o que não tem. O café é razoável para o padrão francês. A localização é longe do centrão, mas tem algumas opções de restaurantes simples na região.
