Close to Gare du Nord and nice staff.

ホテル側は改装工事中と記載していますが、それでも受け入れられません。現実的に考えると、ホテルを閉鎖するか、1フロアずつ閉鎖するべきでした。基本的に工事現場に泊まるのに2泊350ポンドという料金に見合わないからです。私たちは、ものすごい騒音、大きな音、ペンキの強い臭いで目が覚めました。ある時点では、まるで彼らが壁を壊そうとしているかのようでした。ホテル全体が埃、工事のゴミ、ペンキで覆われています。衣服にはご注意ください。フロントデスクで苦情について誰に相談すればよいか尋ねたところ、非常に失礼な対応でした。リラックスした休暇を楽しみたいなら、ここには泊まらないでください。

全体的にこのホテルでは良い経験ができました。私たちは部屋で多くの時間を過ごしませんでしたが、ここで夜を過ごすのは快適で安全だと感じました。周囲のエリアは少し荒々しい感じがすることもありましたが、ホテルのある通りはとても静かでした。夜にホテルに戻ったとき、私たちは注意を払い、何の問題も経験しませんでした。通りには食料品店がいくつかあり、立ち寄るのに最適でした。地下鉄も歩いてすぐのところにあるので、市内全域に簡単にアクセスできました。ベッドは非常に快適で、シャワーの水圧も良好でした。ドレッサーはなく、ハンガーが6本ほどある小さな吊り下げスペースがあるだけだったので、1週間の旅行に備えて服を整理するのが少し面倒でした。彼らは私たちの滞在中にコンセントにいくつかの更新を行っていました（USBコンセントを挿入しました）。これは、電子機器を充電するためのコンバーターが不要になったので非常に役立ちました。パリに戻ったら、またここに泊まります。私たちのニーズにぴったりで、価格も非常にリーズナブルでした。

Great service, good staff, good rooms, close to metro station and Sacre Couer! close to restaurants and shopping and food stores. The whole area was fine and I felt safe. I did not have the privilege to try the hotels breakfast as we checked out really early however there is a bakery that opened at 06:00, 10 steps away with sandwhiches,beverages, croissants and more.!

Great location, helpful staff, luggage storage until room ready. Nearby grocery stores and eateries. Comfy bed and room was large for 3 people. There is a metro station nearby and 2 close bus stops, that go to Moulin Rouge and Montemarte areas

We stayed for 2 nights at Best Western Hotel Le Montmartre Saint-Pierre. Overall everything was as can be expected. We had a nice quiet room number 18 facing the inner yard. The room was small but adequate with a fitted carpet, a small desk, a kettle, some tea, coffee and milk, an open closet with some cloth hangers, and an small open cupboard for other belongings. The WC and shower were separate and sink was in the room. There was also a tiny safe, not big enough for a laptop. The shower room had 1 mini bottle of conditioner, a soap, a body lotion and a hand lotion. The combined shower gel / shampoo was a big bottle bolted to the wall. The toiletries were not replaced the second day. We went to the reception and spoke with Rahman. His English was so and so, but he made up for that by being very helpful. He got two of the products from the storage right away and brought the body lotion a couple of minutes after to our room. We got mineral water in the room only for the first night. We did not complain about that as there were 2 mini-markets right next door to the hotel. Aldi 1 minute away and Coccinelle 1 minute away, selling ****** own brand products and other brands. Close to the reception there is a little area with some tables and chairs to sit down, to make tea / coffee. They had some renovation work going on during our stay. That did not disturb us that much as it was only during the day and it was not too smelly, noisy or dirty. The only inconvenience it caused was that we had to be careful when walking in the corridors and stairs not to get paint on our clothes. This is a reliable low-cost option to stay in a centrally located area of Paris. A suggestion for improvement would be if they had their checkout at noon like most other hotels do.

The room was small compared to a lot of hotel rooms but very functional, we don't spend all day in the room it's literally used for changing to go out at night and sleeping. There was renovation work going on whilst we were there, although only during the working day, so not late or early hours, but it would have been nice to be informed prior to arrival, especially as the corridors and stairs were quite small, so trying to make sure you didn't touch the painted walls was a juggle. Breakfast was limited for hot but plenty of options for continental. Staff were all amazing, and reception is manned 24/7, which is a massive plus, especially as they called taxis for us to use as my walking ability is limited. TBH, I'd use this hotel again as I know what I'm getting.

*We visited the hotel in December 2023 *Nonfunctional heating system. When we arrived in the room, it was freezing , only 17 degrees *As a compensation, we got external heater (I dont think, this is a solution in 3* hotel ,,,) *It looks like room was not occupied since summer. *Breakfast were catastrophic, outdated products, small variety. *Believe me or not, when we came for breakfast, another guests told us there was a MOUSE running over breakfast table, so all the meals were contaminated. Products were of course changed, but the staff doenst even told to upcoming guests, that there was this problem, so I told them. (Hotel knows about the mice, there were traps with dead mice) - see pictures *All was reported to the staff and reception, but it ruined the whole stay in Paris *The hotel, lobby looks nice, but it is like a good looking apple that ist rotten inside *Please, dont go to this hotel, all the problems that happened over past 3 years (Covid, Inflation, ..) are extremely visible even in Best Western Hotel chain.

The staff was friendly, the surrounding area feels unsafe at night time. The only thing that I disliked is that they were going through a remodeling, they were painting the walls, so we needed to be careful when walking through the aisles. Overall the air conditioning worked, the room was small but it was very clean with new and remodel shower
