Burn marks on floor & stains on the sofa chair in room, otherwise clean & decent for the price & location. Breakfast was decent .

The room was great! Very spacious and new. The checkin process was a bit laborious but that might be because I was a little early. The lobby smells of curry, so it might be overwhelming if you don’t like curry. Breakfast was ok. Overall a very good deal.

not a bad 1 night pass through stop. hotel backs up to the interstate so some road noise, not much for bfast. bathroom set up awkward (need better placement of hooks and bars)

I’m only giving this hotel a 2 Star rating because the beds were so comfortable. Upon arrival, we had to switch rooms twice due to how dirty they were. The second one had a spider infestation. The lady on duty said “if you don’t like this room, you can go to another hotel”. It’s clear they don’t care about their guests. We stayed 6 nights and only had our room serviced once. That’s ONE roll of toilet paper for an entire week. We had to go out and buy some. I don’t mind reusing towels but I had to use the same wash cloth for days. They claim that if you need anything you can just ask the front desk but there’s NEVER anyone around. We saw someone behind the counter once during our entire stay. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before booking. They are all so true. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else. We won’t be back!

Beds are worn out. Ice machine only works on one floor. Checkout is at 11, but the breakfast was shut down and equipment cold by 10:30.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Just down the road from destination.

The man who checked me in was rude and condescending. I have never in my beeing treated that way and will not recommend or revisit.

Could not understand front desk personnel, room cleanliness was terrible, bed sheets were stained, pillow cases were stained, bathtub drain was plugged, two light bulbs were out in bathroom, terrible wifi connection, had to call technical services to connect, overall stay was terrible !

I will preface this review by saying, photos are very deceiving. Short story… staff is unfriendly, rooms are dirty, but the bed is comfortable. So if you don't speak to anyone, keep your wyes closed, sleep and leave, this is the place for you! Long story, property looks fairly new but is definitely in need of maintenance inside and out. The lobby looks ok until you look closely or try to use the ice maker. Breakfast was terrible. It consisted of cereal, cold powered eggs, stale bagels and greasy sausages. We reserved a room with a king bed. Once arrived, we were told since we had our pup with, we had to be on the 1st floor bc those were the “pet rooms” and those rooms only had double beds. What!? The bathroom… dirty. Pretty sure all they did was put new towels in there. There is a reason the lighting is so bad in the rooms. In the beautiful sunlight of the morning after what I thought was a decent nights sleep…despite the sound that came out of the air conditioning unit that reminded me of a UFO landing and taking off… I saw a huge pee spot and blood on the comforter that I HAD SLEPT ON! Which was NOT from us or my pup. On our way out to our event in town I requested housekeeping and a bedding change. Upon our return… 12 hours later… this was not done. When I went out to the front desk to ask why, they simply had no idea why and I was just given a new comforter and bedding wadded up from what I guess was the laundry. Needless to say… we will not be back.
