Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff in a perfect location, just by the Palazzo della Pilotta and not far from the station and cathedral. Plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby. Room was well sized and very comfortable, quiet, well appointed, nice bathroom. Would recommend, and we look forward to our next stay.

ホテルの場所はとても良いです、近くのアトラクションに行くのに基本的に15分かかります。朝食エリアは非常に豊富で、イタリアのパルマの本格的なハムとソーセージがたくさんあります。その中でもオムレツは私の人生ですべての西洋料理の朝食の中で最高で、滑らかで柔らかく、中はジュースでいっぱいで、毎朝ほぼ半分のプレートを食べます。海外では温水はほとんどありませんが、毎日レストランのコーヒーマシンでお湯を数回拾いに行きます。ウェイターもとてもいいです。友人から宅配便がホテルに送られました。出発する前に受け取れないと思いました。私は特別に転送を手伝うためにフロントデスクにチップと宅配便料金を送りたいと思いました。女性は、午後にまだ到着していない場合は、後で待つと言いました。それは本当に到着しました。とても人道的なホテル。

The hotel is very well appointed and elegant. The breakfast offering was varied and very good. When the coffee machine ran out of cappuccino on a very busy morning, just ask the staff and they bring one from the bar. The room and bathroom was spotless. My only criticism which is a personal one is that the walk into the old town was quite long. It is possible to go through the nice Park behind the hotel in daylight hours but I would definitely not go through at night. Also, if you have a pre-breakfast departure for an early flight, the breakfast box is useless. Don’t bother! Altogether though I really enjoyed my stay.

私たちはコビドの高さにここに滞在し、私たちが泊まったホテルの最悪の夕食と朝食、すなわち電子レンジピザと朝食ペストリー/パンを4日か5日食べました。物事が変わったことを言えてとてもうれしいです。温かく美味しい食事をしました。グルメではありません(パルマの住民はそれを使うとは思いません)が、私たちの旅の燃料です。高くない。朝食はとても良かった。朝食のスタッフは、典型的なものではない上手な英語を話し、そのうちの1人は必要なものがすべて揃っているかどうかさえ尋ねました。すべてが素晴らしく、新鮮で、良い選択でした。ご希望の場合は、外で朝食をとることができます。受付係は以前のようにとても良かったし、部屋も素晴らしく、とてもリーズナブルなサイズでした。 1日以上の滞在に適しています。私たちのひどい経験以来、地元の人が使用する最も素晴らしいレストランがあるモデナのHotel Real Fine Baia del Reに何度も滞在しています。しかし、ホテルは満室でした。したがって、将来的には選択肢があります。

I'm giving 5 stars based on what you can reasonably expect for the price. It's well-located for the autostrada having got off the ferry in Bari that morning and driven up through Italy. Our room was spacious, clean and pretty basic - though it did have a refridgerator which was great. Good bathroom and shower. Breakfast was excellent though we didn't have dinner but went to Osteria Imelde 10 mins walk away, which I'd recommend. Dog friendly, plenty of parking and seemed secure. Would certainly stay again.

Devo purtroppo dire che non è un hotel a 4 stelle. Camera di dimensioni adeguate ma molto spoglia, senza nemmeno una poltroncina nonostante ci fosse lo spazio. Frigobar completamente vuoto! Nell’armadio grucce di mille tipi stile camera ammobiliata. Bagno non molto grande con un gradino nel mezzo che ho trovato abbastanza pericoloso. Porta asciugamani da doccia non fissato in modo adeguato (se mi fossi attaccata per sbaglio probabilmente l’avrei strappato dalla parete). Illuminazione non adeguata: nonostante lo specchio dedicato ho fatto fatica a truccarmi perché non ci vedevo… Articoli da toilette contati: 2 bustine di doccia schiuma e 2 bustine di shampoo, praticamente sufficienti per una doccia a testa… perché non installare i dispenser? Ormai tutti gli hotel li utilizzano! Colazione nella norma anche se ho trovato che il pane e le brioche non erano molto freschi… Insomma, ci sono ampi margini di miglioramento.

Arriving after a long journey. Reception was cold and unfriendly, functional at best. Only at this point having paid 180e we’re we told that the spa is closed. Website boasts its services !!! That’s why we booked. Gym has good equipment but way too warm in the room, no air conditioning! No sanitizer or water in the gym! Bath water tepid! Then when we asked for some ice to take to the room they said they had none! A bar with no ice? Seriously?!!! The staff are cold, the hotel is soulless! Needless to say we will never return!

We had a one night stop over at Parma & Congressi hotel travelling on a 12 day coach holiday with leger, on arrival we had a lovely evening meal with table service in the restaurant, staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms very good but not sure about the jacuzzi bath maybe bit out dated, we enjoyed a good buffet style breakfast with lots of food choices, enjoyed my stay.
