Average service. I had booked 2 different days to stay with Trip.com and directly via hotel.
I asked if they could allow me to stay in the same room which they allowed and am thankful for that but they were to notify me about it before day 1 checkout day. We had to rush pack bags for 1st-day room checkout thinking of another room to transfer, only to learn from the reception we are allowed to stay in the same room. They should have been more thoughtful about it to make customers' experience better. If only they did it could have saved the hassle for us to rush pack and then bring back the stuff to the same room.
Secondly, the TV channels are very limited and something a family on a 2-day trip would expect better cable channels. Something I'll keep in mind before booking with IHG again.
Otherwise, nothing else extraordinary.
