テルヴィス メディカル スパ ホテル(Spa Tervis)

I have had doubts about Tervis since it is such a soviet colosseum. Oh boy, have I been wrong. I've spend amazing spa holiday and I didn't need to rob a bank for it. Especially traveling solo I apreciate nice and roomy single rooms they have. The bed is wide and really comfortable. I also had a lovely sea/river view. The spa facilities are great. Several saunas ,a couple of pools including a proper 25 m pool. I had a lovely massage, but you can get all sorts of trea**ents. Breakfast is good with sparling wine included. All the staff are friendly and solo travelers are valued just as others. This isn't always the case. I will definately come again.

Poor price quality relationship. The hotel is old, furniture and equipment in superior suite hardly need renovation. For 180 Eur per night we had mold in the fridge and shover. No minibar pricelist was provided, for this you have go down to reception. Aa bonus we had a large spider web on balcony with dead flies. For two nights stay there was no room cleaning even no trash bin emptying. The breakfast was good. The spa is better part of hotel, this is small but nice and not crowded. The receptionist Gerli was polite but did not try to help. In Pärnu are much better accommodations available for this price.

The rooms had everything one could need except shampoo, conditioner and hairdryer. The spa is great an Japanese bath is the greatest!

Family of four visiting Parnu for the first time, we got great service, very spacious and big room with two balconies. The kids loved the swimming pool and we all thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing and rich breakfast buffet. Very clean hotel and many amenities. We will definetly come again :)

Everything was fine in all respects, the breakfast was good and the portions in the hotel restaurant were ok. The only bad thing was that there is no air conditioning in the rooms. The weather was very warm and it was impossible to stay in the room because of the heat. In terms of comfort, it would be a big deal to get the cooling to work in the summer.

In the building 3 (room nubers 3101-3610) the air conditioning is absent, there is no air in the room with closed doors/windows and it is impossible to open the door or window because of mosquito. There are no a thin curtains, or mosquito net on a balcony door. The elevator either does not work.

The hotel looks good. The beds are comfortable. The spa part is ok. The only concern is that in very warm summer weather it is only possible to stay on the first floor. It is not possible to be in the room. It doesn't matter if the window is closed or open. Sleeping is impossible because the rooms are hot even at night.

I was there for. Wedding and the staff was very rude to both of us. I will never stay there and I have told all my friends to not stay at that place. We had a terrible experience. I have many friends that live there in Estonia.
