"No isolation in between hotel rooms. Next room had drinking party and it felt like we were in same room. We called reception and they send someone to take care of it. "イントレピッドツアーの特集滞在としてここに滞在しました。遺産が記載されている古い本館は、多くのキャラクターが特徴的ですが、階段とデザインの特徴を備えており、一晩の滞在を少し難しくします。本館ではなくガーデンビュールームを入手できました。しかし、それは荒い石の向こう100メートル離れていました。私たちのバスルームの床暖房は29Cで暑すぎて、それをオフにしたり、オフにしたりすることができませんでした。スタッフはとても親切でした。朝食はアラカルトで、楽しかったです。 5-10ビーチまで徒歩数分、旧市街に似ています。"

"It’s the worst hotel I’ve stayed in the past 10 years. not worth 3 stars at all as 1) the facilities are so old; just look at the photos I took. No elevator and no A/C anywhere; 2) the room I was given is an attic one, given I have a knee injury I had to climb all the way up, only twice to avoid the hurt and forced me to stay outside the whole day; 3) the room is consistent to the description and photos shown; 4) no a/c anywhere, the dining room is like a sauna itself and there’s no way to eat there even in the morning for breakfast, people all had to stay outside. 5) arrogant staff. The only plus is the location. But I won’t recommend it overall if you spend about 120€. The overall experiences were terrible."

"Poor price quality relationship. The hotel is old, furniture and equipment in superior suite hardly need renovation. For 180 Eur per night we had mold in the fridge and shover. No minibar pricelist was provided, for this you have go down to reception. Aa bonus we had a large spider web on balcony with dead flies. For two nights stay there was no room cleaning even no trash bin emptying. The breakfast was good. The spa is better part of hotel, this is small but nice and not crowded. The receptionist Gerli was polite but did not try to help. In Pärnu are much better accommodations available for this price. "
