Parsippany Suites Hotel

We were disappointed with several aspects of our visit. The hotel is currently undergoing some construction, which limited breakfast options and contributed to a less relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms was subpar, and the bathrooms were poorly stocked with essentials like soap, requiring us to call for basic supplies. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations for the price paid, leading to a less than satisfactory stay.

Good hotel, clean pleasant and courteous employees. Short staffed like all places these days.

Front desk women was AMAZING she deserves a raise!

The room was in poor condition. Furnishings were all significantly worn. Outlets and some lights did not work. There was no phone in the room because the phone-jack was not working. The bathroom sink was clogged and would fill with water immediately. The heat worked, but needed to run at full power non-stop just to keep the suite at around 68 degrees. Laundry facilities were not working, and I was not informed at check-in, nor was I told when booking. This put me in a situation where I needed to go offsite to wash my clothing. The staff was apologetic, and did try to help, but I decided to end my stay early. There were just too many issues to contend with, given the above average price per night.

Worn down hotel. Carpets were frayed in the room and hallways, bathroom fixtures were rusty, couch pleather cushions worn off. Mattress on pull out couch was old as anything, and despite calling in advance to request that they make up the couch before we arrive they did not. The sheet in the closet wasn’t fitted so came loose all night and they only provided one thin blanket that was too small for the bed. I called front desk twice to ask for another blanket and was told they don’t have any more. Pool was pretty clean and the breakfast area was nicely maintained.

Room was not cleaned or serviced in 3 days. Wash clothes/towels had to be requested and then we had to pick them up, beds left unmade, and garbage was not emptied at all.

Property is very nice and very private the staff is a mixed bag of very nice and helpful members as well as some who can use a refresher course for the treatment of the guests

I stayed for two days with my children and husband. I walked in and I instantly knew it wasn’t what the ratings gave. I saw a couple literally lounging in the lobby area with their personal blankets and their laptops with no shoes on. I thought maybe they are displaced. Ok fine. Next hiccup the furniture wow! It’s been a long time that I’ve stayed in a place with out dated furniture, old carpet that smelled like mold and popcorn ceilings and walls. I said to my husband I really feel like they reserve rooms for families that are displaced or something so I did a google search and what did I find?!! Sure enough they do! I understand displaced families need a place I get it, but maybe that should be apart of their info page. I was completely uncomfortable and wanted to leave so bad but roughed it out. Thankful for the staff he was accommodating as much as he could be but sonesta I’m gonna need yall to upgrade and charge up if needed ! Trust it will be worth it! Make it a home away from home literally!!
