Stay away from this hotel. I reserved 2 rooms in March 2024 for a stay in April. I paid a deposit for half of the total amount on my credit card. About a week later, I cancelled and they agreed to refund me the whole amount but they asked for my bank details to do this. I asked them why they couldn't just refund my credit card, as that was the original payment method. They gave no reason and just said they would refund my bank. It has been almost 2 months and I have received no refund. I have sent about 20 emails to them and they just say that they sent the money. So I've now asked my credit card company to investigate. This hotel and company behind it is not professional and I would stay away.
