Bon endroit et agréable mais le service à la réception n'est pas le meilleur. Service au bar lent pour prendre un verre l'après-midi.

Review of MGallery Hotel Parc Beaumont - Pau, France. Just spent 1 night here and very happy. The staff were very welcoming and obliging. We were given a room overlooking the park and they provided a map of the town explaining where everything was. Provided with complimentary drinks and as we left offered bottles of water for our drive. We had booked parking but when we arrived they said they weren’t busy and we could park out front for free or in the garage , as booked, for €15/day. We of course parked for free. The room itself was quite large, huge bed, 3 chairs to sit in (most hotels only provide 1) and had a shower plus a seperate bath. The toilet was in its own space - bonus. Plenty of cupboard space as well. It was lovely to sit on the balcony and admire the stunning view of the Pyrenees. The restaurant was closed for dinner so we had dinner in the bar. We both had the special duck - delicious. Breakfast was in the dining room with a good buffet selection. Would definitely stay here again.

Though this is a bit of late review as I stayed here in Q4 2022, it is worth mentioning that the experience has been great. Very polite service staff, spacious qnd elgant room, variety of food options and centrally located in the city. I definitely recommend this hotel for those visiting Pau and would love to stay here again. Best wishes!

I waffled whether to give a 4 or 5 score, and settled on 4. This hotel is very nice, but it was more of a "business hotel" vibe than I prefer. Location is good, it's near a nice park, and about a 10-15 minute to the main area of Pau. Easy parking. It was a very quiet area, which is great. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. Downside...It feels like a business hotel. The rooms were nice enough, but kind of sterile and generic. Like a nice Marriott or something. All wood floors. AC was terrible, couldn't get the temp in the room below 70, even at max AC on a cool night. I think they just turn off the AC. Also, they have liquid soap and shampoo bottles in the shower, and one day we ran out of shower soap, which means the maid didn't bother to check/refill it. I mean, when I'm paying 500+ Euro a night, is it reasonable to expect that I'll have working soap in the shower? That's just really terrible for a hotel at this price. All that said, I'd stay here again. I enjoyed my visit, but I might check out Hotel Bristol next time to see how it compares.

We weren’t sure what to expect for our first ever stay in Pau. After a long day of driving we were delighted to have made a reservation at Hotel Parc Beaumont. Fantastic accommodation, wonderful restaurant for breakfast, afternoon beverages, or casual or more formal dining. Beautiful views of the park and Pyrenees mountains. Well decorated interior. Professional and friendly staff. Attention to details in every aspect of what every hotel should offer for its guests. Within walking distance of nice shops and cafes.

We had a welcoming reception at the hotel when we arrived after a long days drive. The rooms were quite adequate and the room size felt spacious. We were very happy with the restaurant recommendation (Mr. & Ms. M). It was in walking distance and offered exceptional food & service. The hotel’s reception made sure we had a nice table as well.

I was there together with my husband and our small dog. We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful. The receptionist helped us to get for the same evening a reservation in nearby restaurant Mr & Mrs M. It turned out to be a super nice evening with a very good dinner. I also used the manicure 💅 service in the spa area. The job was done very good and I am happy with the results. One thing I think they could do better: since they have a one star Michelin restaurant in the hotel I would wish for a more special breakfast.
