クオリティ イン ペイソン(Quality Inn Payson)

This is the second time we've stayed here. We like it because we get window views. Both times there was no internet. The second time there was also no hot water. We have found a different place to stay. It's too bad because we love the staff and the courtyard is very nice.

Rooms were great only problem was we were traveling with a baby and family and our rooms were so far apart. Each rooms were on opposite side of the property. Front desk lady on the older side with glasses was so rude not just to me and my family but to other families as well. We wanted to change room and we knew there will be a fee of any kind willing to pay that fee but she said it’s not possible and no no no was always her answer basically telling us to shut up. That lady should not be in front desk from how her attitude was but her service was HORRIBLE!

Everything in this hotel was good only problem was the front desk lady. Older lady with glasses was so rude not just to me but to other customer as well. I went with a friend got rooms so far from each other and we wanted to change rooms closer and we knew there would be a fee of any kind but she was so rude and basically told us to shut up.

We travel with our dogs and really appreciate a pet friendly hotel. The staff is wonderful as well and the breakfast buffet has a lot of choices. We will continue to stay here when we come through Payson. Definitely recommend

Was delayed in checking in at the designated 4 pm time because some of the rooms hadn’t been checked off yet. Was told to wait about 15-30 minutes so we left and came back. Maybe a discount or other perk would have been nice for our inconvenience. Otherwise no other complaints. Clean and quiet.

Seems this hotel is falling apart. Been staying there for 5+years but this may be our last. Wood on balconies is falling off. Poop all over yard. Carpet dirty. Michelle at front desk was absolutely awesome. Breakfast room was freezing.

I already posted a review of our first stay at this motel. Because of how pleased we were with our experience on the first stay, we detoured on our trip back home so we could stay here on our return trip. Everything was great

After a full days driving, the one night stay was great. The check in clerk was super friendly and was the start of a great stay. We were able to park right next to the room which made it easy to unload and reorganize the car for the next days drive. The room was exceptional in size with plenty of room to move around in. The following morning we were surprised to be treated to a free breakfast that was served in what at one time must have been a restaurant. Scrambled eggs, cheese pancakes, sausage along with the usual cereal, danish, bagels. We were able to enjoy our breakfast and then hit the road for another day's drive.

It was cozy and warm the staff was really nice and the breakfast was delicious. I like that the room had a balcony and the heater was super working cause it was cold . In all had a great experience. No down side for me
