房間裏面有門（鎖着），應該是另一個房間，隔音效果不好，我帶着孩子住的，另一件應該住的不是帶孩子的，傳過來少兒不宜的聲音，打前台電話打不通。沒辦法，衹能放音樂對抗，希望前台以後能考慮這個問題，帶門的房間安排住宿時注意不要有未成年人。 紙捲軸壞掉了，拿紙時候紙掉地上了

環境很好，很安靜，服務很棒，對我這不會英語的人來説很友善

Stayed for one night before my flight. Good location, close to the airport and lots of restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. Rooms are well equipped, although the air conditioning was a disappoin**ent. There is a control on the wall, which is misleading because the air conditioner is a separate unit. However, the air conditioner shuts off when the area near it reaches the temperature setting, while the room will be warmer. Setting the air conditioner at the coldest setting created a reasonable temperature but I would be concerned on a very hot day. I found the service to be generally polite, although not always helpful in accommodating requests. I asked for a quiet room with a bathtub. While I got the bathtub, the room faced the road, which was noisy at times. I had called the hotel a few days in advance so it should not have been an issue to accommodate both requests. I arranged the shuttle to the airport the day before required, but when inquiring about it, to make sure I didn't miss it, one of the front desk attendants (white woman with a Slavic name if I remember correctly) was quite rude. Apparently she doesn't understand the worry about getting to the airport on time since the shuttle only runs every 40 minutes so it would be an issue to miss it. The common facilities are good. The lobby lounge and breakfast area are nice and there is a beautiful courtyard in the centre of the hotel. The pool area was nice and there is a sauna, although note that it is on a timer so you need to get there early to let it warm up. The pool and sauna close at 10pm, which I thought was early as an 11pm closing would be helpful. The menu of the restaurant looked good, prices reasonable and a decent selection of beer for discerning drinkers. Breakfast was good but for the price, they should provide some vegetables for a salad. Overall, a reasonable stay and I would give the hotel another opportunity. I would pass on the breakfast though next time, provided there is time in the morning, as there is a Denny's nearby

The scheduled shuttle bus did not show up, nobody knows, no notice, no message ahead, if you cancel the service, when you have flight to catch up, you know how frustrating.

I stayed here a few days earlier because my flight to Toronto landed early, and chose to stay before departing because my flight left early in the morning. The hotel is about 10 minute drive to the airport. They have a free shuttle, but it only runs every 40 minutes and books up so be sure to let them know when you check in if you'll need it. I liked the toiletries here, the scent is really nice and the fact they're full size bottles is a nice environmental touch. There are a few fast food and dine in restaurants nearby and I restaurant onsite, but I didn't dine there. I did however enjoy the free chocolate chip cookie. The room I had before was on a higher floor and newer in renovations so I liked it better than the room I had for this stay, but it was still good.

The respond time of the airport shuttle was too low and inefficient. The shuttle bus driver openly asked for tips and walked away without assisting with the luggage. The business must be turning negatively in Toronto...

The only bad review is the restaurant in the hotel. Spent a total of $84.00 for 2 adults and 1 child. We ordered Caesar Salad and Calamari for my daughter and I and Fettucine for my 8 year old grand daughter. We sent back the Calamari due to it being over cooked and chewy. Received a new order but still chewy and not very good. The Caesar salad was a bowl of romaine lettuce with sauce on it...no croutons, no bacon bits, nothing but lettuce and a one tiny piece of garlic toast. The Fettucine was over cooked and gooey and had a little over cooked with little piece of garlic bread. Very disappointed with the quality of food served for that price. Consequently, I did not eat that night. I do want to say that the gentleman looking after us was very lovely and tried his best, When we received the rest of the food, we did not bother to complain about it, we just paid and left.
