Our room on second floor was okay but another couple traveling with us was given a poorly kept unit on first. Shower was grimy, bed sheets were stained and the room had a moldy odor. Needless to say, they were upset and wanted a refund. Fortunately, the second front desk attendant (young blond girl) was extremely helpful, courteous and professional and was able to help them get a much better unit on second floor.
