What a bargain. The room is spacious. The amenities are great - iron board, hanger, fridge, water heater, soap, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste. Qiblat indicator also displayed. Great customer service. 5 stars

The hotel location is in the Alor Setar city centre which is convenient to travel around the town. Overall the room is OK but there is some smell when entering the room. Need to open the windows to ventilate the air to reduce the smell. Recommended for short trips especially for work and business. The breakfast is quite delicious and there are a lot of variations of food.

New and clean hotel. Very comfortable will book again if travel Alor setar

良い滞在でした。私はここに3泊しました。隣の部屋から聞こえる騒音を除けば、サービスには満足でした。足音、ドアをノックする音、叫ぶ音、ドアをバタンと閉める音にストレスを感じました。子供に非はないのは分かっていますが、親はもっと厳しくすべきです。このような表現をして申し訳ありません。ホテルはドアを修理して、ドアをバタンと閉める音を克服すべきだと思います。

This hotel is located within a business centre where there are a lot of shops (guardian,7e) restaurants (4fingers, old town, laolao,chagee, yasmin nasi kandar) and a supermarket. Easy to get parking, there is also a basement parking and it is free. Easy check in and check out process. Friendly staffs and helpful. Rooms are clean with modern interior design/concept. Bathrooms are clean and big. Big smart tv and Netflix connection is smooth. There is a seating area with tv and a coway machine at the level entrance. Overall satisfied with the experience.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night. I would consider this hotel as a budget hotel. For that category, this hotel is pretty good. Firstly, I like the location very much. It’s by the main street and just across the Lotus Hypermarket (formerly known as Tesco). There are many shops around it. In the evening, there are many stalls and food trucks that sell delicious street foods. You won’t go hungry here. The room size is decent and the bed and pillow are very comfortable. The room is clean. I would have given this at least a 4 star rating but I gave 3 star because of the following: - the shower water becomes stagnant because the flow was blocked or something. It took a long while before the water subsided. - getting a parking slot near the hotel during the day was quite a challenge because there are many popular shops there plus a major bank which customers took up most of the parking spaces. At night, the parking is quite empty. - that guy who was manning the front desk when I checked in was not friendly at all. Not sure what his problems were but being a customer facing staff, he should at least show a bit more pleasant personality. - there’s a sink right after you enter the room! It’s outside the bathroom. I don’t quite understand the logic of this room design. In summary, it’s decent hotel and the room rate is very reasonable esp if you book through their official website. There’s a supposedly 5-star hotel just next door. I have stayed there before. Given a choice, I would definitely stay at this Leverage Business hotel rather than the so-called 5 star hotel. It has it hits and misses but certainly value for money.

Mountain view room and just enjoy staying for my last night before back to reality, thank you for the best service ever from the front office staff, room service staff, till kitchen and restaurant staff also very good and welcoming us.

Overall I like stay at Raia Hotel. The service is excellance. I like the room environment. The room is also clean. The receptionist is also friendly. Raia Hotel is one of the hotel I choose to stay when visiting Alor Setar.
