We enjoyed our time there. The location is amazing. The lady who works in the cafe is very friendly and helpful.

This is an amazing little hotel right on the bay, and across the street from Pensacola Beach. The room was great for our needs. The pool was a nice place to cool off. If your expectations are luxurious vacation then this is not it. If you want a laid back, kid friendly and pet friendly place by the beach - this hotel offers that plus free kayak, paddle board and bike rentals. Breakfast was great! Everybody that works here was friendly and helpful. Loved every second of our stay and will be back!

great time and the room was very clean, and the breakfast was wonderful.

Everyone was friendly had nice pool and private beach. Breakfast was ok but overall it was nice.

We were expecting a non smoking room and I’m sure someone was smoking in it in the past. Also,there is mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and a lot!!! No one at the front desk acts like they like their job!! We like the location and met a lot of fun folks there’s just a few things that should be looked at!! The lady that works her tail off during the breakfast is wonderful and greets everyone with a smile!!!

It’s in a perfect spot from the beach, bay, and restaurants! It was exactly what we needed for our stay.

It was pretty bad . Well there was trash all over the stairways and outside the doors. The TV was on when we walked in. There was no toilet paper nor any hand soap when we got inside. We called to get more. They never brought it up. We had to stop at the front desk to just get toilet paper. They did not have coffee for us either. No iron . No hangers in the closet. Chrome cast is offered and how to access it BUT there is actually no physical chromecast attached to the tv. And the best part… 6:00 AM wake up call that we NEVER set up. Never ever go here. Way too expensive for a dump. It was pretty funny how bad it was. Learned our lesson.

A/C quite twice in the middle of the night. Floors were sticky and turned feet black, you don’t want to be bare foot. Just an old worn out hotel without out up dates to facility. Was refunded for first night, third night and no sleep didn’t even ask for refund just wanted out of there and home.

Everything was good. The front desk lady when we arrived was amazing and very helpful. The lady seeing breakfast went above and beyond. The fact that we were able to use a kayak for free was amazing. However, it wasn’t easy to get fresh towels and they didn’t revisit our room to freshen anything after the first night. We didn’t have anymore coffee or clean towels. When asked for towels for the kayak, the lady at the desk gave me one and acted like it was a burden.
