フェアフィールド バイ マリオット イン＆スイーツ ペンサコーラ パインフォレスト(Fairfield Inn & Suites Pensacola West I-10)

First, note that there are 3 Fairfield Inns in Pensacola. I went to the wrong 2 first before finally getting to this one. That’s my own fault. Pensacola Beach is the nicest of the 3. East is sketchy and West, which is this one, is newer and very nice just not as elaborately nice as the one on the beach, which is to be expected. Arrived slightly after midnight extremely tired after a long drive. Easy checkin. Room was average, lacking in decor, but the pillows and bed were extremely comfortable and clean. No big complaints other than the shower never got hot, or even warm. I ended up taking a cold shower. The front desk attendant advised they could’ve reset the hot water heater but I had already showered at that point and was in a rush to get back on the road. Staff were kind. Breakfast was okay. Nice selection. Would give them a second chance.

I reserved and paid for a room with 2 queenbed and a sofabed, but I received a room with only 2 bed. The ******* assured

It was clean and staff were nice. The only thing I was a bit hesitant about was the person at the desk seemed sick? Am hoping we don’t get sick.

I highly recommend this establishment! It is the perfect place to stay! Easy access to several restaurants within walking distance. Close to I-10 without the noise and a couple of gas stations. This is my favorite place to stay when passing through! The cherry on top, the staff is always friendly and accommodating!

Great staff, nice facility. Good breakfast. Our room had noisy neighbors not that they were being loud but you could hear them through the thin walls

Aiesha wss very very professional we need more people like her she’s awesome and is a keeper we hope to see her on our next visits everything was nice thank you again you’re awesome sweetheart me and mob ties love your personality keep up the good work hun we’re going to continue to come back just because of you were very loyal customers

The stay was excellent, however, I do have one complaint. There was absolutely no seating outside other than the pool area. No benches or covered seating. Also, online it doesn’t state that locals have to leave a cash deposit. This would be nice to know in advance. With all of this being said, the stay was great. The room was comfortable, a/c worked perfectly. The shower head was not great, but it got the job done.

This would have been a great review until a party happened next door to our room! I know it’s not the managers fault as they don’t know what people are going to do until they do it. However, once someone is out of line they need go do the right thing and put a stop to it. I was supposed to get a refund for the night and that has yet to happen. Still having to deal with that. I recommended you stay here with caution, sad because the room itself was clean and comfortable.

During my stay from November 13th to November 14th, I experienced the comfort of Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Pensacola West I-10. The room provided a spacious layout and boasted a picturesque view of the surrounding area. The modern decor and amenities, including the luxurious bedding and well-appointed bathroom, added to the overall appeal. However, I did encounter some connectivity issues with the Wi-Fi, which slightly affected my experience. Nonetheless, the attentive and welcoming staff ensured a pleasant stay at this location.
