體驗十分不錯的一家萬豪，酒店洗衣烘乾十分便宜了，停車場也價格實惠，酒店有直通停車場的通道，早餐也是一路下來比較有印象的一家了，有切好的新鮮水果。

Our room’s key reader had dead batteries so we were only able to get in once and one person had to stay in the room at all times to get back in!

Overall the stay was enjoyable, the staff was courteous, and the room was comfortable. However, there were various items of deferred maintenance and cleanliness concerns that would prevent me from saying that this is a great place to stay. - Shower had built up black grime in corners of shower - Caulking peeling up and/or missing on bathroom vanity - Built up dust on bathroom vent fan - multiple chips in paint throughout room - Toenail clippings and other debris/dust behind bedside table (had to move because lamp wasn't plugged in) - Unnecessary to have two refrigerators in room (one outside of furniture and taking up space in room) This was a great stay and I would suggest to others. But I feel that, for the price, this hotel could do better.

Nice hotel, but there wasn't an extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Obviously hadn't been stocked.

The ac/hearing unit in our room was extremely LOUD! The restaurant was closed and the bar served food. Only 2 people working the bar/restaurant area and it was PACKED! There was a concert. Not the first time we had been there and had the same problem. But thought the restaurant was closed due to Co-Vid. Apparently. Not! Needless to say, the servers were overwhelmed and not exactly pleasant to the patrons.

Bartender was understandably busy with “to go” orders so we waited patiently for 15 min or so to be waited on. When it still never happened we asked to have a few beers. Her reply was so rude that we just left the bar area rather than deal with it. Overall the property is clean, just older. Conveniently connected to the civic center. We paid a highly inflated price (double the rate when compared to the following weekend) for the convenience. We were in Peoria for a cheer competition. I would probably choose a different hotel in hindsight.

Every interaction with staff was an 11/10. The hotel is clean, classy, beds were super comfortable! The pool was great for laps and or kids to play in, but the hot tub jets were out of order during our visit. We enjoyed the buffet style breakfast, and our quick bite in the lobby in the evening. Location convenience to the Civic Center can't be beat - parking ramp was totally worth it, too! If I had to change one thing, I'd request replacement dumbells in the fitness center - many were missing.

Convenience of being attached to the Convention Center was nice. Bed was very comfortable. Beware of the “breakfast buffet.” It is nothing more than a continental breakfast that is $18 per person. Loud music coming from somewhere most the night.

Great hotel! Beautiful inside and out. Room was very nice and clean. One thing that really bothered me was how loudly the doors closed when other guest entered and exited their room. The bartender does need to learn how to make an old fashioned if you’re going to charge $15 for one. It was one of the worse I’ve had.
