I stayed at this hotel for work 2 times in the last month and I could not be more pleased with my experience. From the pleasant clerks at the front desk to the managements professionalism and customer service follow ups, it has simply been a great experience and any time I am in the area for work or personal I will stay at this hotel. Very impressed and a job well done by the entire staff.

We had stayed at this hotel several years ago. The facility is showing its age, but our room was clean and the staff members were friendly. The included breakfast was OK. The hotel placed a hold on our credit card for the price of the room PLUS $40 plus tax per day, without informing us. When I questioned the front desk, they told me the excess was "in case of damage to the room". I have traveled extensively, and while have occasionally encountered hotels pending a charge for incidentals such as restaurant, bar etc., this hotel has no such services and we found the assumption that we would damage the room offensive.

My Wife and I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Peoria at Grand Prairie, and we must say it was a delightful experience. From the moment we walked into the lobby, we were greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made us feel at home right away.

This hotel used to be the place to stay years ago...what a disappointment. Front desk staff were not very friendly when approached about getting a refrigerator in the room. Apparently, this was an issue. There are no refrigerators in the rooms..you have to ask for one...and only if they have any available. Staff were congregating in the lobby drinking coffee for the guests. The king room needed updating and furniture was dirty. Being a Diamond Hilton Honors member, this hotel was a huge disappointment for Hilton franchise. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

This is a very nice Hampton Inn with a great breakfast. The oatmeal was homemade, not instant, especially good with added fresh banana slices, walnuts, and brown sugar. A waffle bar was available plus French toast slices, egg and cheese on English muffins, and also sausage meats, and more. The room and bathroom were very clean with plenty of towels and extra amenities. Tiffany, the general manager was friendly and accommodating which shows throughout the hotel. We’ll come back on our next visit to Peoria!

This will be by new go-to hotel when we visit Peoria. Clean, spacious, good breakfast, and friendly and professional staff. We were warmly greeted upon arrival, and received a lovely snack bag and water bottle. The location is close to great shopping and restaurants and the area felt very safe! Nice breakfast with good coffee!

Why I would not stay here again: 1. The hotel caters to traveling softball/baseball teams and thus is loud with many parents hanging out downstairs drinking alcohol around the clock. 2. Loud kids in hallways (see #1) 2. Internet speed is absolutely terrible because they have it throttled back to try and make you pay for better speeds. 3. Drink coffee? Well they put the coffee pot next to the toilet in the bathroom. Yea, disgusting! 4. Breakfast isn't terrible but it isn't as good as another chain we frequent more often than Hilton.

I usually like staying at Hampton's, and this one wasn't bad, but it was expensive for the one night we were there. Also, the toilet only flushed every four or five tries--we had to remove the lid and manually move the float. Otherwise, very typical Hampton.
