Second time here and every bit as good as first rooms very clean breakfast delicious and only a 10 minute walk to city centre I also broke a lamp ( so so sorry ) but Finlay the host was so nice about it also recommended a lovely place for a lovely meal cheers we will defo return to this wee gem of a hotel

The location was about a 15 minute walk from Perth city centre. There were many restaurants in the city centre. The breakfast was very good.

Absolutely fantastic stay yet again this is our 3rd stay and we just love it. The place is so well kept its clean,comfortable and full of character. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic. Finlay is a fantastic host so friendly. Its in a great location just a 10 minute walk to the main centre of Perth. There is free car parking facilities with plenty of spaces at the back of the hotel. If your travelling to Perth i highly recommend this place you won't be disappointed.

Stopped here for one night whilst travelling with family. Lovely place, would definitely stay again. The breakfast was nice and plenty of choice. The whole place was very clean. There was a bar so we could have a drink. Very close to local facilities.

We stayed for one night to break up holiday travel. We were given a warm welcome when we arrived & the family room had everything we needed. You order breakfast the night before, very good selection and all our breakfasts were delicious. The hotel doesn't do evening meals but it's an easy walk into town with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Would recommend 👌

We’ve been meaning to try the Sunbank for some time for a staycation and it didn’t disappoint. Lovely warm welcome and a very generously sized room for us to enjoy. Easily one of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in and the decor is classic yet contemporary in its design. Staff were very helpful with any needs we had. We had an issue with one of the lightbulbs which was swiftly addressed. Food absolutely first class and some of the best I’ve eaten for a while. Will certainly come back here again for a little staycation!

Superb stay. Excellent breakfast lots to choose from with high quality ingredients, very friendly welcoming host. Room and bathroom lovely very clean and very comfortable bed. Great location with a short walk into the centre. Highly recommend and we look forward to a return visit soon.

Stayed for one night in March. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a pre order and was freshly made for us in the morning. Lovely change from the buffets that most places now offer. Host was very friendly and also knowledgeable of the surrounding area for places to eat and visit.

Immaculate as always. Extremely comfortable guest house, warm welcome and excellent breakfast with great choice. Great view over the city and an easy and attractive walk across the river into the centre. Excellent spacious off street parking
