パースのプール付きホテル

Apart from the central location, friendly staff and decent breakfast there is not much we can recommend. 8 of us stayed over for 2 nights with one of our party requiring an accessible room. First of all there are steps at the front door so we needed to lift the mobility vehicle up. The first day the staff knew how to work the chair lift to the 1st floor but on the second night the member of staff that was on did not know how to use it declaring he had only been there a few months and hadn't been shown how to use it. My sister asked for the control ( to which there were only about 4 buttons) and operated it for him. Drinks - do not buy at the hotel. Nearly £60 for 8 drinks then a 2 minute walk to the town and the same drinks were under half the price. Next onto the rooms. We had 4 rooms on the ground floor and each of them were really small, with around 18 inches either side of the small double bed. The bathrooms were small and not comfortable to use either the toilet or shower. Complimentary liquid soap holders were also empty. Lastly onto the biggest reason not to go back which is the creaky floorboards. Pretty much every one in the room creaked and moved and both mornings between 6am and 8am we were wakened and kept awake by the noise of the floorboards in the rooms above us. This wasn't just our room but for another 2 of the rooms as well. Not a nice experience overall, way overpriced. May have been a nice hotel in its day but is crying out for some TLC, decoration, accessibility options and those floorboards fixed.

Ratings for all except service based on website. rating on SERVICE based on experience for reasons entirely out of my control, I had to cancel my stay 24hrs beforehand. I called to let them know. I advised I had to cancel and the reply was (word for word) ” ok , that's still chargeable”. NO ' I'm sorry to hear that' NO ”maybe we can find another date so you don't lose your money”... no ' we can't refund you but do you want a credit on account'. if I'd have phoned 12 hours earlier my money would have been refunded or I could have amended my booking. the blame was put on TRIP as I was told ' you booked through them and they wont help you. So I'll be avoiding this place when I go up for my trip, and I'd advise others to avoid places with staff as uninterested as here.

Bar staff are always polite and friendly. Always someone in reception willing to help . However I felt bar prices were a bit steep . A draft cider and a fruit cider £10-20 ? The staff however makes the visit a nice one . Downstairs toilet smells very damp . Better toilets upstairs ,

家族と一緒にスコットランドにスキーに行き、スキーリゾートから40分のホテルを選びました。ホテルの部屋は暖かく清潔で、朝食は英国式で新鮮です。近くにレストランがあります。

We stayed with other family members for a weekend in October. One of the couples had a wee house out the back with a nice spacious living area, and huge bathroom ad nice bedroom. One other couple (with 2 kids) had a bigger room, with a settee/bed for the kids - bathroom good with bath/shower. We got a dingy room on the first floor, the curtains were hanging off the wall on both windows, and the bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen - you couldn't have swung a cat in there. The shower had an overhead spray only - not ideal unless you are wanting to wash your hair every time. I had to ask Reception for a shower cap. Shower was so small, and because the shower-gel dispenser was so high up the wall, I couldn't keep my head to the side to try and not get my hair soaked, as well as get shower gel out of the dispenser which was above shoulder height for me!! Also nowhere to hang the hand towel. The lighting was awful in the bedroom, with a big huge circular ceiling shade, with, what seemed like, a one amp bulb in! On the plus side - good tea/coffee facilities. We had a lovely meal on the Friday night - staff were very patient as we had a big party of people. Kids running wild! All in all, hotel looked tired and could do with an overhaul, at least our room was very tired looking! Not sure I would rush back at the risk of getting that room again
